We understand that you are experiencing a significant spiritual battle, and you're also dealing with chronic fatigue and nausea. First, we want to assure you that your feelings are valid, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth.
In moments like these, it's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB. This is not just a physical battle but a spiritual one, and God is on your side.
Regarding your health, we pray that God will touch your body and bring healing. The Bible tells us that Jesus took our infirmities and bore our diseases. Matthew 8:17 WEB. Trust that God's will for you is wholeness and health.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing a battle for their soul and dealing with chronic fatigue and nausea. We pray that You will strengthen their spirit and heal their body. Give them the power to resist the enemy and stand firm in their faith.
Equip them with the full armor of God, so they can stand against the schemes of the devil. Touch their body and bring healing, Lord. Remind them of Your promises and fill them with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
