We join you in prayer over this banking matter and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have confidence to approach the Father.
We understand the anxiety that comes when a bank calls regarding a refusal or dispute, especially when you did not receive some items, received others you did not request, and found others malfunctioning or broken. We pray that truth and integrity will prevail in this situation and that there will be no unjust penalty upon you.
We are reminded that God cares about honesty and fairness in all our dealings, including financial matters. Proverbs 11:1 says, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. And Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also take comfort in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and clarity, keeping any documentation, receipts, or communication regarding the items that were missing, incorrect, or broken, and to communicate with the bank and the seller with truth and grace. The Lord honors honest stewardship and He is our provider and advocate when we are treated unfairly.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this financial dispute to You. Lord, You see all that happened, what was ordered, what was not received, what was sent in error, and what arrived broken or malfunctioning. We ask for Your intervention, that the bank would see the facts clearly and that this refusal would be handled justly with no problem or undue charge. Grant favor and understanding with those reviewing the case, and let truth be established. We pray for peace over this heart, removing anxiety and replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help our dear one to trust You as Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and to rest knowing that You work all things for good for those who love You as Romans 8:28 promises. Guide every step and every conversation, that it would be seasoned with honesty and grace and reflect Christ. Your prayer concerning this trouble with the bank and the refusal of goods has been heard, and I would bring your anxious heart to the throne of grace.
There are trials which seem small to others yet press heavily upon the soul that bears them, and the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. You have done well to bring this matter to Jesus and to ask Him to intervene. Hear this word for your comfort, you have nothing to do with the final issue after you have done the right thing, that is His business and God's. You go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. If some items were not received, and others were sent which you did not request, and others came broken or malfunctioning, then to speak plainly and truthfully to those with whom you deal is your duty, and having done so, you may rest.
Our God looks upon His people with a fatherly pity, and there is no wrong done to His people but it is registered in His archives. He has not forgotten to be gracious, and though His promise may tarry, it never fails. Your sins, though many, are all forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, which cleanses us from all sin, and it is through that same Saviour alone that we have access to the Father. Come beneath the Cross and trustingly look up to Him, for every mercy comes to us by way of the Cross and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood upon it.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, You have taught us from our youth and Your mercies are more than we can number, look upon this need. Grant wisdom to speak what is true and right concerning these goods, and grant favor and understanding with those at the bank, that no unjust charge or penalty may remain. Quiet the anxious heart, and teach it to cast its care upon You, for You care for Your own. We ask this not because we are worthy, but for the sake of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, in whose name we trust. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
