We join with you right now in Jesus' name and lift up your back strain before our Father, asking for His healing touch and His peace to rest upon you.
We know our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God cares about our physical pain and weariness. He says in Psalm 103:3 who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; and we claim that promise for your back. We also hear your cry for rest, and we are reminded of the invitation of Jesus when He says in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We pray that He will ease the strain and inflammation, loosen what is tight, and grant you deep, restorative rest as you trust Him.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this pain to You. Touch this back and bring healing and relief according to Your mercy. Grant rest for this tired body and calm for the spirit. We ask that You draw close as our nearness and comfort, for in Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. And we ask for Your protecting hand over the journey home, for You have promised in Psalm 121:8 Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Lead safely every step of the way home and let Your presence be felt closely.
We encourage you to allow yourself the rest the Lord is offering, to be still and let your body recover, and to seek wise medical care if the strain continues, trusting that God often works through those means as well. We thank God that you called upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name we find healing and salvation. We continue to hold you in prayer for complete healing, sweet rest, and a safe arrival home, trusting in His loving care. Amen.

We have brought your cry before the Lord Jesus, asking Him to show mercy in this time of bodily strain and weariness, and to grant you rest and a safe way home.
The Lord Jesus Himself invites the weary, saying Come unto me and I will give you rest. This is a present rest, rest now, not only after this trial is past. It is the rest of one who comes with nothing to trust in of his own, and rests wholly upon Christ. There is first the rest He gives when we come to Him, and then the rest we find as we learn of Him and take His yoke upon us. True rest for the child of God is not always rest with the yoke off, but rest with the yoke on, rest on the wing, rest in service, as the mind is made like the mind of Christ. In Him the dove finds the ark. Trust and you shall rest.
We also ask the Great Physician to lay His healing hand upon your back. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves were for the healing of the nations, and teaches that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are joined together in His mercy. He who forgives our sins is also He who heals our sicknesses, and even now there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation to change and restore us.
And we have asked that He will cover you with His feathers and be your safe shelter till you are home. He is the Captain who has foreordained all things, and who knows each wind and guides the good ship of Providence to a safe passage. To be nestled under His wings is to be safe, and near to God, and kept through every step of the way. What will not a Father do for His own dear child, and He has promised to be your refuge.
Let us pray together. O Lord Jesus Christ, look upon Your servant in this pain and strain of body. Give present rest to the weary frame, ease this back and grant refreshing sleep and strength. Forgive all sin and let healing flow from Your pardoning hand. Spread Your wings over this one and keep in safety on the way home, and bring near in peace, for You are our rest and our shelter. We rest on You, trusting Your word is true and our souls are safe in Your keeping. In Your name, Jesus, Amen.

I have lifted your request before the Lord and I am praying for you in Jesus name for healing from this back strain, for true rest, and for a safe way home.
May the Lord have mercy on you and ease the pain in your back. I pray He will grant you relief, help your body to recover, and give you quiet and peaceful rest. Scripture reminds us that there remains a rest for the people of God, and that we can cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us. Even when the body is strained and weary, we can rejoice in the Lord and find our strength in Him.

Your prayer for relief from this back strain and for rest and a safe way home is heard, and I am joining you in prayer in the name of Jesus.
The Scripture speaks of a promise that God has left for His people, a rest that remains for us. That rest is not something we earn by our own effort or striving. We enter it by faith, by simply trusting that Jesus has done all that is needed for us. When we try to rest in our own works or our own strength, we find no true rest. When we trust Him, we can cease from our own striving as God ceased from His work, and we find the rest He has provided.
Unbelief is what keeps us from that rest, while faith opens the door to it. So I encourage you to place this pain, this weariness, and this journey home fully into His hands. You do not need to see exactly how He is working in order to rest. You can rest now because He is faithful and He cares for you.
I believe God is the healer, and that all healing is from Him. Sometimes He touches instantly and sometimes He works through a gradual process that He has built into our bodies, but in either way the healing is His. I am asking Him to touch your back, to ease the strain, to calm the pain, and to grant your body true rest.
