Back Pain

I'm in so much pain, to the point I can't walk at times. I have had two surgeries on my back and now I have a pinch nerve in my back. The pain never goes away, and I'm taking so many pain pills... please say a prayer for me... I just want the pain to go away. I have no insurance, so I can't go to the doctor... thank you, ###.
