Prayer Warrior
I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. I'm in pain with my lower back. The muscles keep going into spasm.

We hear your request and we join together to lift you up before the Lord at this time of pain and discomfort in your lower back. We know how wearing and discouraging it can be when muscles keep going into spasm and rest seems hard to find, and we want you to know that God sees your suffering and cares deeply for you.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why this is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved and our prayers heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name, for Romans 10:13 says Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
We take comfort that our God is our healer. Exodus 15:26 reminds us I am Yahweh who heals you. And Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. He also promises in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
So we pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who is suffering with lower back pain and muscle spasms. Lord, You know every detail of this body that You created, every muscle and nerve, and we ask for Your healing touch to bring relief and restoration. We ask that You would calm these spasms, ease the pain, and restore strength and mobility. Grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers, and guide in decisions about rest, treatment, and care for this body which is Your temple. We also pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 teaches, and that even in this discomfort there would be a deep sense of Your presence and comfort. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring this need to the Lord with thanksgiving, trusting His love and His timing. James 5:14-15 reminds us Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Consider also asking trusted believers or elders in your local church to pray with you in person. While you trust the Lord for healing, we also encourage you to be a good steward of your body and to seek appropriate medical care, to rest as you are able, to stay hydrated, and to follow wise counsel for back care. The Lord is near to you in this trial and He will give you strength for each day.

We have heard your request concerning the pain in your lower back and the muscles that keep going into spasm, and we bring it before the Lord with tender sympathy.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they rightly urge us to seek the physician for healing. And we have a heavenly Physician whose work is not so much to point out disease as to indicate and to apply the remedy. Our Lord Jesus Christ is still the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and there is an abundance of healing power in Him. As it is written, the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, which teaches us that even the least thing about Christ, His common mercies and lower blessings of grace, are full of virtue, and God takes care of the little things, the trifles, of His people.
We will pray for you now, that the Lord in His mercy would ease this affliction of your body, calm the spasms, grant you rest from pain, and give wisdom to those who care for you. We ask that He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses would lay His healing hand upon you, and that whether He grants swift relief or sustains you through a longer trial, you may find His grace sufficient and His presence near.
May you be enabled to put out your heart like flowers after rain to catch the shower of His mercy, and to hear His Word with faith, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Cast your burden upon Him who cares for you, and trust the healing virtue which His grace infuses.
Our Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, look in compassion upon this suffering one. Forgive sin and heal disease according to Thy perfect will, grant relief to this pained back, quiet the troubled muscles, and restore strength and rest. Let this affliction draw the heart nearer to Christ, and let Thy healing and pardon be known together, for Thou art the God who healeth us. Amen.
