Back and neck started to hurt for no reason

We have heard your request for healing for the sudden pain in your back and neck, especially your back, and we join together to lift you up before our heavenly Father in prayer.
We know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God cares about every pain and burden we carry. He is the One who heals us, as it is written, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3, and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26, and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to the promise that by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5, for our Lord Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. We take comfort that he invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and healing. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God, and we can boldly bring every need to Him in Jesus’ name. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to call upon Him today with a believing heart.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this pain in the back and neck. You see this sudden hurt and You know its cause even when we do not. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon this body, to ease inflammation, to restore what is out of place, to take away pain and bring comfort and strength. Lord, touch the back especially, and the neck, and bring complete restoration according to Your will. We ask that You grant peace and restful sleep and freedom from fear, and guide to wise care and counsel if medical attention is needed. We pray that faith would be strengthened and that Your name would be glorified through healing. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15. We pray this prayer of faith together and trust You as our healer. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the Physician, and there is no better Physician than our Lord Jesus Christ. We are told that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that not only His fruit but even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people there is pardon and healing in happy conjunction.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds would lay His hand upon your body. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would mention it to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. There is a contact to be had with Him by faith, and there is healing in it.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this suffering one who awoke to pain in back and neck. Thou knowest the cause though it be hidden from us, and Thou art able to heal. Forgive sin and heal infirmity, for with Thee both are one work of grace. Let Thy healing virtue flow down and give relief, restore strength, and take away this pain according to Thy perfect will. May this affliction draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whom alone is salvation, and may Thy name be glorified in giving health and cure.
