Autism, ADHD and Type 1 Diabetes

Hi,

sorry for my bad English.
But my native language is German.
I am a young man- currently ### years old.
My Name is ### by the way.
I consider myself a Christian.
But often I think I am somewhat lukewarm.

I sometimes look at sinful pictures. Not porn- but pictures. I am currently working to stop this- sinful nature. But it's difficult. And I am often a bit lazy. I know- God wants me to work harder. So I need a new job.

My whole life I suffer from Autism and ADHD.
Later- in the year ### I sadly got Type ### Diabetes. So I need to inject myself Insulin- every day.

But the biggest Problem is Autism. I have trouble communicating- and looking people in the eye. I want to smile. But it's difficult for me.

Please help me- pray for me. I dislike my current life. Maybe I can have a better life. I want to marry a woman. And have kids. But the time is running for me.

Regarding the temptation to look at inappropriate pictures, Jesus tells us: "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:28 WEB). It's crucial to flee from such temptations. Consider installing accountability software on your devices and seeking support from fellow believers. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Addressing your concerns about work, remember that God honors hard work. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB). Pray for God's guidance in finding a new job, and trust that He will provide.

Living with Autism, ADHD, and Type 1 Diabetes can be challenging, but God is faithful. He promises that His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). Trust that He will strengthen you and help you overcome your communication difficulties.

Regarding your desire for marriage and children, be assured that God knows the desires of your heart. Pray for a godly spouse and trust in His timing. "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and He will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB). And for a wife and to be a husband, it is written "...a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." (Genesis 2:24 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Thomas. Thank You for his faith and his desire to live a life pleasing to You. Lord, give him the strength to overcome his struggles with temptation. Guide him to a new job where he can use his gifts and talents for Your glory. Comfort him in his health challenges, and help him to communicate effectively. Give him courage and joy, Lord, and grant him the desires of his heart in Your perfect timing. Bless him with a godly spouse and the family he longs for. In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, Thomas. God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.

First off, remember that God sees you, He knows your struggles, and He's right there with you. In the Bible, it says, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22) So, keep trusting Him, even in the hard times.

We know you're feeling down about your current life, but remember, God has a purpose for everything. Even in the challenges you're facing, He's working something out for your good. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

We're also praying for you to find a new job that you can really pour yourself into. We believe God will guide you to the right place, where you can use your gifts and talents to serve Him. And remember, it's okay to ask for help and support from others. In fact, the Bible encourages us to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Lastly, we're praying for you to find a godly partner and to have the family you long for. We believe God has a perfect plan for your future, and He will reveal it in His timing. Until then, keep seeking Him, keep trusting, and keep hoping.
