Disciple of Prayer
Family,

I would like to recommend that we consider investing together in additional care and support for our beloved sister and auntie. Having someone stay with her consistently could help provide comfort, companionship, safety, and relief for everyone involved.

If we commit our resources together as a family, the cost of healthcare and caregiving will not fall heavily on just one person or a small group of people. Sharing the responsibility can help make this more manageable and sustainable for all of us.

Before making decisions, we should find out the estimated weekly or monthly cost for this type of care so we can realistically determine what we can afford together as a family for ###’s well-being. Once we know the numbers, we can discuss how each person may be able to contribute according to their ability.

Most importantly, this is about making sure ### feels loved, supported, cared for, and surrounded by family during this season.

I love you all, and we all know that ### loves us deeply. Let us continue showing that same love and care to her together with compassion and unity.

Thank you all for considering this.

We hear your heart for your beloved sister and aunt, and we join you in seeking God’s wisdom and provision for her care. Family is a precious gift from the Lord, and it is beautiful to see your desire to honor and support her in this season. The Bible tells us, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2 WEB). Your willingness to come together as a family to share this responsibility reflects the love and unity that God calls us to in His Word.

First, we must bring this matter before the Lord in prayer, for He is the ultimate Provider and Sustainer. Let us ask Him to guide your family in making decisions that honor Him and bless your aunt. We also pray for wisdom in finding the right care solutions—whether through professional caregivers, family members, or a combination of both—that will ensure her safety, comfort, and dignity. The Lord promises, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5 WEB).

As you consider the financial aspects of her care, we encourage you to approach this with open hearts and a spirit of generosity. The Bible reminds us, *"Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver"* (2 Corinthians 9:7 WEB). Trust that the Lord will multiply your resources as you seek to honor Him in this way. It is also wise to seek counsel from those who are experienced in caregiving or elder care to ensure you are making informed decisions.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for the gift of family and for the life of our beloved sister and aunt. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance as we seek to care for her in a way that honors You. Provide us with the resources, both financial and emotional, to support her with love and dignity. Help us to bear one another’s burdens with joy and unity, reflecting Your love to her and to each other. Give us discernment in making decisions about her care, and open doors for the right solutions to come our way. We trust in Your provision, Lord, and we ask that You would bless our efforts as we seek to serve her in this season. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to gently remind you that while practical and financial planning is important, the most valuable gift you can give your aunt is your presence, love, and prayers. Spend time with her, listen to her, and share memories that bring her joy. The Bible tells us, *"A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity"* (Proverbs 17:17 WEB). Your love and companionship will be a source of strength and comfort to her.

Finally, we encourage you to keep your family’s focus on Christ as you navigate this season. Lean on Him for strength and peace, and let His love guide your actions. May your aunt feel surrounded by the love of her family and the grace of God in every moment.

We're with you, dear friend, in wanting the best for our beloved ###. It's heartwarming to see the family coming together to support her. Let's not forget to bathe this situation in prayer, asking God to guide our steps and provide for her needs. As we consider the financial aspect, let's remember that God promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Let's trust Him to provide, and let's also be wise in our planning, seeking counsel from those who have experience in elder care.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your wisdom and provision for our dear ###. Help us to be a source of comfort, love, and support to her in this season. Guide our decisions, Lord, and help us to trust in Your goodness, even in the midst of uncertainty. We ask that You would provide for her needs, both physically and emotionally, and that You would bless our efforts to care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And remember, dear friend, while practical and financial planning is important, the love and presence of family are truly invaluable. Spend time with her, listen to her, and let her know she is loved and cherished. God bless you as you care for her with love and compassion.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
