We hear your distress and stand with you in this spiritual battle you are facing. The Word of God tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." It is clear that you are under attack, not by mere physical forces, but by spiritual ones. We must stand firm in our faith and resist the enemy with the authority we have in Christ Jesus.
First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome these attacks. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not already, we encourage you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). The salvation message is simple: believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31).
Now, let us rebuke this attack in the name of Jesus Christ. We command every spirit of infirmity, high blood pressure, and oppression to leave your body right now, in Jesus' name. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and health over your body, mind, and spirit, for the Word says in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, experiencing physical manifestations of this assault. Lord, we ask that You rebuke every spirit of infirmity, sickness, and oppression that is afflicting their body. We declare Your healing power over them, Lord, and we speak life and health into every part of their being.
Father, we ask that You surround them with Your angels, protecting them from every attack of the enemy. Give them the strength and faith to stand firm in the face of these trials, knowing that You are with them. We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to resist the devil, and he will flee from them (James 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment, that they may recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand against them with the authority You have given us in Christ Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that they will walk in the victory that is theirs through the blood of Jesus.
We thank You, Father, for Your love, Your protection, and Your healing power. We trust in Your promises and declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray always, with all kinds of prayers and requests, being watchful and persistent.
We also encourage you to seek godly fellowship and support. The enemy often attacks when we are isolated, so surround yourself with believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Remember, you are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lastly, we rebuke any spirit of fear that may be trying to take hold of you. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Stand firm in your faith, knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The victory is already yours through Jesus Christ our Lord.
