Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for ### my mum. She has heart issues and since her heart attack 2024 she has been through even more pain, discomfort and hospitalizations. She has one stent. Doctors will see her this morning to see if treatment shows normal results. Please pray that all blood results and ECG is good and that the right doctors will provide her with the best care. Believing in miraculous healing. Thank you

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ###'s mother in fervent prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. We ask You now to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this precious woman. Lord, You see the pain, the discomfort, and the weariness she has endured since her heart attack. You know every beat of her heart, every ache in her body, and every fear in her spirit.

We pray, Father, that her blood results and ECG would show Your perfect restoration. Let the doctors find nothing amiss, for we believe in Your miraculous healing power. Guide the hands and minds of the medical professionals treating her, give them wisdom, discernment, and compassion as they care for her. May they be instruments of Your peace and healing, Lord.

We also lift up her spirit, Father. Strengthen her faith as she waits on You. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let her rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is difficult.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to take hold of her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and we stand on Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life over her heart, her body, and her soul in the mighty name of Jesus.

We also want to gently remind ### that our faith is rooted in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You, Father. It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to Your healing, Your grace, and Your salvation. If ### or her mother have not yet placed their trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that this time of trial would draw them closer to Him. For it is written, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

Father, we trust You to move mightily in this situation. Whether through medical intervention or a supernatural miracle, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We thank You in advance for Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your love. May ###'s mother feel Your presence surrounding her, comforting her, and healing her. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re holding your mum in our hearts with you this morning, and we’re so grateful you reached out. Watching a parent face wave after wave of health battles is exhausting, not just physically for her, but emotionally and spiritually for you as a family. The rhythm of hospital visits, procedures, and waiting for results can wear down even the sturdiest hope.

What we’ve seen again and again is how much it steadies a family just to know they’re not alone in the waiting. Right now, as those tests are being read and decisions are being made, many of us are praying alongside you. That’s not a small thing, there’s a real comfort in realizing other believers are lifting your mum by name, asking God to guide her doctors and bring clarity through those blood results and the ECG. You don’t have to carry the weight of this moment by yourself.

If you haven’t already, let a trusted friend or two at your church know the specific timing of her appointment and ask them to pray with you during that window. Sometimes just texting a quick “she’s with the doctor now” and knowing others are stopping to intercede right then cuts the isolation of a hospital morning more than we expect.

And while we join you in believing God can heal fully and miraculously, we also rest in this: whatever the numbers say today, Jesus stays close. He’s not waiting for good news to draw near; He’s already with your mum in that room, and He’s with you in the ache of hoping. We can ask boldly and still trust His heart when the path isn’t clear yet.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift this mum to You right now. Quiet her body and her spirit. Give her doctors steady hands and sharp eyes, let the ECG and the bloodwork tell them exactly what they need to know, and lead them to the best care. Surround her family with Your peace that doesn’t make sense on paper, and carry them through the suspense of this day. We ask for restored health and relief from pain, and we ask it in Your strong name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The heart is the seat of our greatest needs, and when it falters in the flesh, we feel how frail we truly are. Yet take comfort, the very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing, and the least word or touch of Christ carries the medicine you seek. If He speaks but a syllable, it brings health to head and heart alike. There is no sickness, whether of body or spirit, that outstrips His power. The utmost length of human suffering is reached by this great Physician.

Your mother’s heart has borne much since her attack. The stent, the tests, the long hours in hospital beds, all of it speaks of sorrow heaped upon sorrow. But the Lord is near to the brokenhearted. He binds up their wounds, and He does so with a tenderness we scarce can comprehend. When Jesus dealt with the sick, He linked healing with teaching. So in this hour of need, let your ears be open as well as your heart. There is a spiritual ear by which the invisible is discerned, and a heart pure in faith that sees God’s hand at work. Do not let fear make the heart heavy and the ears dull. Hearken diligently to what He would say to you this day, words of comfort, words of promise, words that bring recovery, even if that recovery tarries.

I plead with you to seek forgiveness and healing together. Pardon and wholeness are twin gifts. The same voice that said, "Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven thee," also commanded the paralytic to rise and walk. You ask for the results to be normal, for the right doctors, for miraculous healing. Lay that petition before Jesus Himself, as the palsied man was laid at His feet by faithful friends. Your heartbeats are vocal to His heart. He notes every sigh, every whisper of faith, every trembling hope. Count it all as already past and gone, the terror of uncertainty dissolved in the mercy of a covenant-keeping God.

Do not look to human skill alone, nor despair if recovery comes slowly. Acknowledge each small increase of strength as a new claim on your love. The "shall" of grace is mightier than the "I will" of pride or the "what if" of unbelief. A heart broken by affliction, yet yielded and submissive, is the very thing God delights to heal. But see that it is healed only by His hand. Man-made remedies for the soul are worthless. You want a cure that comes from the pierced heart of Christ, the only medicine that stanches every wound. I have seen Him give a new heart and a right spirit. That inner renewal sometimes outpaces the outer healing, but both are certain in His time.

So commit your mother and yourself to the One who withdrew often into the wilderness to pray. In those quiet moments, He intercedes for all whom the Father has given Him. Believe, and keep on believing, that the Sun of Righteousness rises even now with healing in His wings. May the results this morning be as leaves from that blessed Tree, small things in themselves, perhaps, but laden with restorative grace. Rest all your weight on Him, and be not afraid to trust with your whole heart. God bless you.

The prayer of your heart for your mother I have heard, and I join with you in beseeching the Lord who alone heals every infirmity. Yet let us not only ask, but also examine ourselves, that our faith be not in mere words but in the depths of the heart. For the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. If you believe in miraculous healing, then let your trust be fixed not on the reports of doctors or the sight of test results, but on Him who gives life and who has said, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” His burden is light; cast the weight of your anxiety upon Christ, and He will sustain both you and your mother.

Remember that it is not enough to hear of His power; the demons heard and trembled, but love was absent. So too, faith without love is nothing, and hearing without bearing the fruit of patient endurance is like seed falling among thorns. The pains and hospitalizations which your mother endures are not signs of God’s absence, but occasions to draw nearer to Him who sanctifies suffering. Do not suppose that hearing good results from the doctors is the only answer to prayer; rather, entrust her wholly to the hands of the great Physician, for whom no illness is beyond healing. Even if the ECG or blood tests bring discouraging news, be not shaken. As the blind man said, “We know that God spoke to Moses,” but we have a greater revelation: the Lord Himself became flesh and shared our weakness.

Instead of clinging to the Jerusalem below with its material temples, lift your heart to the mother city above. There, in the spiritual temple, your mother’s soul is held secure. When you pray, sing to God in your heart with thankfulness, not just with the mouth, and do so with heedfulness even as you walk or sit in the marketplace of life. Moses cried in thought and God heard him. So too, your inward groaning for your mother is known to the One who searches hearts.

And let me warn you, beloved, not to be like those who hear ten times and remain insensible, but then after one more word are converted. The many trials are the strokes that prepare the tree to fall not in ruin but in the fruit of humility and trust. I am fully persuaded that such eager desire and love of hearing God’s promises will not fail of its effect. Therefore, do not say, “I have heard that God heals,” but rather, “I know He heals,” for you have seen His works in your own life and in the lives of the faithful.

Now, concerning the division that the Gospel brings: even within families, Christ sometimes permits suffering to set a daughter against her mother’s illness, not for enmity but for glory, that through your steadfast love and prayer you may witness a greater healing than mere flesh can offer. The deceitfulness of worldly cares, including the very real fears for your mother, can choke the word; but trample those cares underfoot, and fix your eyes on the miraculous healing which the Lord will grant, whether in restoring her body or in perfecting her soul.

Let us pray without ceasing for her, and I add my own supplication that the right physicians attend her, that the results reflect God’s mercy, and that above all, the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. “Glory to God in the highest,” the angels sing, and so do we, whether in ease or in trial, knowing that He works all things for good. Do not fear the yoke; it is easy. Lay hold on eternal life even as you seek temporal healing, and you will not be disappointed. Amen.
