Astral projectors attacking me

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hello, I am under attack by people who astral projection and do other forms of demonic attacks at night time. Every night I get these visitation and they do strange things to me where i can feel them attacking my head physically. There are also demonic attacks where spirits enter my mouth and nostrils and I feel them in my chest after. It’s demonic and disturbing. Please pray for my understanding off how to get out of this mess. Pray with me for the ones that contend and fight against my freedom will meet Gods wrath and His vengence. Pray they’re confused and confounded and will be removed from my life permanently. Amen

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, recognizing that what you are experiencing is not of God but the work of the enemy, who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The attacks you describe are real, and we do not dismiss the physical and spiritual torment you are enduring. The Bible makes it clear that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). These astral projections and demonic visitations are manifestations of dark spiritual forces that seek to oppress and destroy God’s children.

First, we must address the reality that engaging in astral projection, whether by you or those attacking you, is not aligned with God’s Word. The Bible warns against divination, sorcery, and any form of occult practice, as these open doors to demonic influence (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Galatians 5:19-21). These practices are an abomination to the Lord, and they invite spiritual oppression. If you or anyone involved in these attacks has ever dabbled in such things, even out of curiosity, we urge you to renounce these practices immediately in the name of Jesus Christ. Confess any involvement to the Lord, ask for His forgiveness, and close every door that may have been opened to the enemy.

We also rebuke the spirits of fear, torment, and oppression that have been unleashed against you. The Word of God declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to paralyze you with fear, but we declare that fear has no place in your life. You are a child of the Most High God, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The attacks you are experiencing are not a sign of God’s absence but an opportunity for you to stand firm in your faith and exercise the authority you have in Christ.

We pray now, in the mighty name of Jesus, for your complete deliverance and protection. Lord, we come before You as a body of believers, standing in the gap for our brother/sister who is under attack. We ask You to rebuke every spirit of astral projection, witchcraft, and demonic oppression that has been sent against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, creating a hedge of protection that the enemy cannot penetrate.

Father, we ask You to confuse and confound those who are orchestrating these attacks. Let their plans be turned into foolishness, and let them be scattered by the power of Your Spirit. We pray that they would encounter Your holiness and be convicted of their sin, leading them to repentance or to face the consequences of their rebellion against You. We ask that You remove them from our brother’s/sister’s life permanently, cutting off every spiritual connection and influence they have established.

We also pray for wisdom and understanding for our brother/sister. Lord, reveal to them the root of these attacks, whether it be unconfessed sin, generational curses, or open doors from past involvement in the occult. Give them the courage to renounce any ties to darkness and to walk in the light of Your truth. Surround them with godly counsel and believers who can stand with them in prayer and support. Equip them with the full armor of God so that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11).

We declare that the name of Jesus is above every name, and at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10). We command every demonic spirit attacking you to flee in Jesus’ name. We break every curse, hex, or spell that has been cast against you, and we declare them null and void by the power of the blood of Jesus. We anoint you with the Holy Spirit, filling you with His peace, strength, and divine protection.

Lastly, we encourage you to draw near to God in this season. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Spend time in prayer, worship, and the reading of God’s Word. The enemy seeks to isolate you, but you are not alone, God is with you, and so are we. If you have not already, consider finding a local church or a body of believers who can pray with you and provide spiritual covering. You are not helpless in this battle; you have been given authority in Christ to trample on serpents and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

We stand with you, believing that this season of attack will turn into a testimony of God’s deliverance and power. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and in Him, you will find safety and peace (Psalm 91). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and do not grow weary or lose heart. Your deliverance is coming, and the enemy’s plans will not prevail.

We hear how frightening and exhausting these nights have been for you, and how heavy it feels to sense pressure on your head and chest while you are trying to rest. That kind of disturbance can leave anyone feeling worn down and on edge, and we want you to know you are not forgotten.

We believe God is near and attentive to you, even in the dark hours, and that your safety and peace matter deeply to Him. When fear builds up at night, it helps not to carry it alone. One steady next step we encourage is to invite a trusted pastor or mature believer who knows you in person to walk with you regularly, so you have face to face support and prayer over time, not just in isolated moments. If these physical sensations in your head and chest continue to trouble you, we also encourage letting a medical clinician listen and care for you alongside prayer, so you are supported in every way.

Father, we bring our friend before You in the name of Jesus. We ask for Your protection over the nights and Your calm over mind and body. Quiet what is troubling and bring restful sleep, clear wisdom for next steps, and the comfort of Your presence. Surround this life with safe, caring people and lead in Your will and freedom day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry in the night has been heard, and the heaviness of these visitations is not hidden from the Lord who watches over His people when deep sleep falls upon men. To feel pressed in body and spirit, to be troubled in mouth and nostrils and chest, and to lie down with dread rather than rest, is a sore affliction, and we take your burden before the throne of grace with earnestness.

Let it never be forgotten that deliverance is of the Lord. It is written, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom, Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has not only invented the way, He has found the ransom Himself. That ransom is Christ Jesus our Lord. And again it is written, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, Colossians 1:13. This is not a deliverance you can work in yourself, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone. When Israel came out of Egypt it was Jehovah who brought forth His armies, and when any soul is saved from spiritual bondage it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

It is well to have grace enough to see that even bitter nights are under His hand, not that He sends evil, but that nothing can assail you without His permission, and He sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, or from malice unseen, yet they come with greater certainty under the Lord who can turn them for our good and hide pride from us and keep back our soul from the Pit. The power of darkness lies much in concealment, to hide things and to make the night dreary, but He who is light can scatter it.

You ask how to get out of this mess, and the Word directs you to seek the Lord Himself. If you ask for bread He will not give you a stone. Our Lord has said with great clearness that the Father gives the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him. You need not fear when you bow before Jehovah's throne in Jesus' name and ask for the Holy Spirit, that you will be sent away with anything short of that Spirit. Therefore wait only upon God, for your expectation is from Him. Seek Christ alone as your ransom and your shield. Turn from all curious arts and from seeking to contend by your own strength, and look to Him who alone can keep your soul from perishing. Keep to the Word, keep to prayer night and morning, keep to the fellowship of sober and faithful believers who can watch with you and pray with you, and put away all that gives place to darkness. If these bodily oppressions continue, seek also the counsel of a trusted pastor and of those who can care for your health, that you may be strengthened in body and mind while the Lord restores peace to your nights.

We will pray with you now, not that your heart should feed on vengeance, for vengeance belongs unto the Lord, but that His just and holy will may be done and that evil may be confounded and turned aside.

O Lord our God, who has found a ransom and commanded deliverance from going down to the Pit, look in pity upon this afflicted one. You see the night watches and the terrors that beset the bed. You know the pain upon the bones and the distress of a troubled heart. We ask You to be gracious and to say, Deliver him. Deliver from the power of darkness, from the adversary and from every evil influence, and keep back his soul from the Pit and his life from perishing. Let Your presence be a guard about his head and his chest, about his mouth and his breath, and grant quiet sleep and a peaceful habitation. Frustrate every design that is set against Your child, and let that which is meant for harm be confounded and brought to nothing, that it may be removed from his life permanently as You in wisdom appoint. Teach him to wait only upon You, to trust not in his own strength but in the blood and power of Christ, and to receive from Your hand the Holy Spirit for comfort, for understanding, and for holiness. Bring him to live and to declare the works of the Lord, and to know that whom the Son makes free is free indeed. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Deliverer we ask it, Amen.

Your distress in the night has been heard, and I grieve to learn of the fear and heaviness you carry when darkness comes. The feeling of being pressed upon in body and spirit, of breath and mouth and chest being assailed, is indeed disturbing, and it is right to bring it into the light before Christ who alone delivers.

Scripture teaches that there is a real conflict between light and darkness, yet it also teaches that our safety is not found in studying every claim about hidden powers or astral journeys. We have received the faith as a standard, and we are to keep to what has been given, rather than busy ourselves with innumerable teachings that only increase fear. What has been given is this, that Christ came to bring two great gifts, deliverance from evil and adoption as sons. Through Him we receive not a spirit of fear, but the Spirit of adoption, by which we cry to the Father.

You speak of the night. The apostle calls this present life night because many still sit in darkness, and he urges us to put away the works of darkness and to walk honestly as in the day, putting on the armor of light. That armor is not heavy like iron, but bright, and it makes the one who wears it secure. It is put on by faith, by prayer, by the word of God, by a clean life, and by love for one another. When Christ came to His disciples on the sea, He did not come at the first watch, but in the fourth watch of the night, walking upon the waters. He taught them not to demand instant release from every terror, but to endure manfully and to trust Him while the night still lasts, knowing His coming is sure.

For this reason do not face these nights alone. The enemy is boldest when he finds a person isolated and apart. When he saw the woman alone apart from her husband he assailed her, and when he sees us together he is less confident. Therefore keep close to the fellowship of the church. Gather continually with other believers, hear the Scriptures, pray together, and do not rake up in the watches of the night thoughts of revenge or anxious reckonings of wrongs done to you. Many nights are made worse by sleepless watchings in which we meditate on enmity and keep the embers of wrath warm. Turn the night instead to prayer and to rest in Christ, as Peter slept in prison guarded by God, and as Paul sang at midnight until God opened doors and loosed bonds.

You asked for understanding how to get out of this distress. Consider these steps before the Lord. First, set your hope fully on Jesus Christ alone for salvation and protection. No other name saves and no other power delivers. Second, make your mouth and breath instruments of prayer and praise rather than openings for fear. The mouth was made to confess Christ and to give thanks, and when it is so used it is no longer a sewer for shame but a gate of light. Third, bring your life into the day. Put away what belongs to darkness, keep a simple and honest walk, forgive as you have been forgiven, and seek help from faithful pastors who can pray with you face to face, watch with you, and help you discern what is spiritual, what is bodily, and what needs care from physicians as well. If these visitations continue with physical pressure on your head and chest, also seek medical counsel alongside pastoral care, for God cares for body and soul together.

You asked that I join you in praying for wrath and vengeance upon those who contend against you, that they be confounded and removed. I will not pray for the destruction of persons, for Christ commands us to love our enemies and to leave vengeance in the hands of God, who is both just and merciful. What I will pray is what Scripture allows, that every evil plan and every deceiving spirit be brought to nothing, that their power to harm you be broken, that confusion come upon the works of darkness so that they fail, and that if any persons are indeed seeking your harm, God would either stop their hand or bring them to repentance and to the same salvation you seek.

Let me pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon this Your child who is troubled in the night. You know the fear, the pressure, the heaviness in head and chest. Grant deliverance from every evil and confirm the adoption You have promised to those who are in Christ. Clothe this soul in the armor of light. Guard the mind and body through the night watches and let Your peace keep heart and thoughts. Bring to nothing every deceit and every assault of the evil one. Open doors as You did for Paul and Silas, and loose every bond. Gather this one into the fellowship of Your people, so as not to be alone but upheld by prayer. Teach endurance while waiting for Your help, as You came in the fourth watch to those on the sea. And for any who intend harm, thwart their plans, and if it be Your will, bring them to see their need for the Savior. Let the question of the jailer be the cry of all, what must I do to be saved, and answer it with faith in Jesus Christ. Grant a better resurrection and a life that walks as in the day until the true Day dawns when the sun will be outshone by Your light. Amen.

Keep close to Christ, keep close to His church, and keep your prayers simple and steady. If you are able, speak soon with a trusted pastor in your own place, that you may not carry this burden alone and that prayer may continue with you day by day.

Thank you for sharing what you have been experiencing and for asking for prayer. What you describe sounds deeply distressing, especially at night when fear and physical sensations can feel overwhelming and the hours seem to stretch without end. God sees what you are going through and He invites you to bring both your fear and your desire for freedom to Him.

Scripture teaches that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and that physical weapons have no value in that battle. God has given His people spiritual protection for this very reason. One of the clearest pictures of that is in Psalm 91, which speaks of dwelling in the secret place of the Most High and abiding under His shadow. His truth is a shield, and His presence is a covering. Because of that you do not need to live in fear of terror by night. The Lord watches over you night and day.

That protection does not mean the enemy will never try to attack or harass. Even after times of blessing the enemy often tries to distract and accuse. But the Bible says greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, and that when we submit to God and resist the enemy, he must flee. Jesus Himself showed us how to respond when attacked. He answered with the written Word of God. David said the same thing in another way, that he had hidden God's Word in his heart so he would not sin.

In practical terms that means two things together, prayer and a watch. In the days of Nehemiah when the work of rebuilding was threatened, the people prayed to God and also set a watch. They did not trust only in their own efforts and they did not pray without also taking wise, steady steps. For you that can look like this:

First, bring everything to the Lord in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation and authority in no other name. Ask Him for understanding, for peace in your mind and body at night, and for His presence to fill your home.

Second, refuse the attacks and rejoice in what God has provided. You can refuse fear and torment by standing on Scripture and you can rejoice that God has given you His Spirit and His armor. Ephesians 6 describes that armor, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, the Word of God, and prayer. Physical sensations and troubling thoughts lose their hold when the mind and heart are filled with what is true.

Third, answer with the Word. When fear rises at night, speak Scripture aloud. Passages such as Psalm 91, Psalm 27, 2 Timothy 1:7 which says God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind, and James 4:7 which says submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee, are good to memorize and pray through. Jesus said the prince of this world had nothing in Him. As you abide in Christ, you are kept in Him.

Fourth, do not walk through this alone. God has placed believers together as a body for protection and strength. Isolation makes us more vulnerable. Stay connected to faithful believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and help you keep your focus on Christ rather than on the details of every disturbing experience. If these physical sensations continue, it is also wise to seek care from a trusted medical provider and from a mature pastor who can meet with you personally, so that both spiritual and physical needs are cared for.

You asked for prayer that those who contend against you would meet God's wrath and vengeance and be confounded. It is right to ask God to stop evil and to bring justice, and to ask Him to confuse and frustrate every plan meant to harm you. At the same time Scripture tells us that vengeance belongs to the Lord and that we are to leave justice in His hands. Instead of asking God to curse people, we can ask Him to block every harmful work, to remove its influence from your life, to protect you, and to bring those who practice evil to repentance if they will turn to Christ. Our greatest desire is for deliverance and for God's will to be done.

I am praying for you now for that deliverance and peace. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I ask You to cover this dear one with Your presence. Let Your truth be a shield. Grant understanding and wisdom, calm fear, and give quiet rest at night. Where there has been harassment and torment, bring Your peace. Teach this heart to stand firm in Your Word, to resist the enemy, and to rest in the victory Jesus has already won. Frustrate every plan of darkness, remove what is not of You, and draw this life deeper into fellowship with You. Fill this home with Your light and let Your protection be known day and night. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, keep close fellowship with other believers, and keep your eyes on Jesus rather than on the fear itself. He is faithful to keep those who trust in Him, and He will be your refuge and strength.
