We join you together before the Father and thank you for bringing such a comprehensive burden to the Lord, we stand with you for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all in need, and we agree that nothing is forgotten by Him even when requests are deleted from this site, for He hears every prayer offered in Jesus name.
We praise the Lord with you that you closed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rest in that name together as we pray.
We pray for the covering and deliverance you asked for. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1 and the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask for breakthrough as David knew, God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like the breach of waters 1 Chronicles 14:11, and that He would do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us Ephesians 3:20. May the earth be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea Habakkuk 2:14, as you prayed.
We lift up every person you named before the Lord, those needing encouragement, wisdom, healing, and those who need conviction. We ask for wisdom for you, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask for His anointing upon every outreach, service, sermon, workshop, the sermon on hope and the Live Nativity, and upon the evening of prayer and praise this Friday. We pray Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Armies Zechariah 4:6, and that you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you Acts 1:8. We ask Him to raise up more prayer warriors, for the harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few, pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest Matthew 9:38, and to anoint and protect your church and your place in it, that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind 1 Corinthians 1:10.
We bring the conflicts you mentioned to the Lord, including those forgotten and those weighing heavily on you. We pray that each conflict would be handled in a manner pleasing to Him, for blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9 and so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. Where there is sin or evil that needs confronting, we pray not for vengeance but for godly conviction, for He will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment John 16:8 and vengeance belongs to the Lord Romans 12:19. We ask Him to expose what is not of Him, to convict those fueling hurtful behavior, to bring healing and most importantly salvation where it is needed, and to stop what is not His will. Where you mentioned dysfunctional relationships and asked the Lord to intervene and to stop certain relationships, we agree and we also speak clearly about His design. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman and that courtship should be with the goal of godly marriage to another believer in Christ 2 Corinthians 6:14. Any romantic relationship outside of that, including sexual intimacy before or outside of marriage which is fornication or adultery Hebrews 13:4, or any same sex relationship which Scripture calls immoral Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, is not in line with His will and needs repentance and conviction. We pray that the Lord will either bring those relationships into alignment with His holy standard of purity and commitment or mercifully end what would lead to further soul wounds, and that He would heal soul wounds as He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3.
We pray for the many broader burdens you carried, for persecuted Christians, remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them Hebrews 13:3, for the salvation of the unsaved, for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13, for the peace of Jerusalem, pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper Psalm 122:6, for those suffering in war zones and calamities, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and for abused children, for Jesus said allow the little children to come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these Matthew 19:14 and their angels always see the face of the Father Matthew 18:10. We ask for His mighty hand to protect and deliver them.
We lift up each healing request you mentioned, for quick healing, for miraculous healing, for soul wounds, for your own weakness and for those you love. We pray He will heal you, for I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord Jeremiah 30:17 and by his wounds you have been healed Isaiah 53:5. For the young woman you prayed for concerning school, exams, needing a Father and encouragement, we pray the Lord will be a Father of the fatherless Psalm 68:5, that He will rear her and encourage her, and help her in her studies, for we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us Philippians 4:13 and that He would have His mighty hand upon her and upon your relationship with her, working a miracle of restoration where it honors Him. We pray also for the relationship between those two you named, asking for a miracle that would honor God, for love is patient and kind and does not pursue its own way 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
We hear your honest confession about speaking in anger to ### about ###, and we thank God for your repentant heart, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. We pray with you for forgiveness and for grace to speak differently, let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29 and be angry, and do not sin, do not let the sun go down on your wrath Ephesians 4:26. We ask the Lord to help you do your work in a manner pleasing to Him, whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, to guide your meetings and to mediate the conflicts at work and in the team, committing your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3.
We also lift up the issue at church you mentioned, asking that if it is true the Lord would reveal truth and deal with it, and if not, remove the confusion, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace 1 Corinthians 14:33. We pray He would turn what was spoken about others into a blessing for you all, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We ask Him to bring back those who have drifted and to restore relationships in a true way, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, even as Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32.
We pray now together, Father in heaven, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, we ask for Your extra strong protection over this dear one and over all in need, set a hedge around them and let no weapon formed against them prosper Isaiah 54:17, grant breakthrough where there has been long hindrance, grant encouragement where there has been weariness, for You have said do not be afraid, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Anoint every outreach, every service, every sermon and the Live Nativity and especially the evening of prayer and praise this Friday, let Your presence be manifest and let many be saved, for You desire that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. Convict where conviction is needed, heal where healing is needed, save where salvation is needed, reconcile where reconciliation would glorify Your Son, and stop what must be stopped for holiness and protection. Forgive sinful anger and hasty words, cleanse and teach us to speak with grace, strengthen this one in weakness, for Your grace is sufficient, for power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9, guide work, team, meetings, and church matters with Your wisdom and authority, love, inspiration and favor, and defeat the works of the enemy as we submit to You and resist him James 4:7, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
