Beloved of All
Your many prayers have been heard and we join you in laying them before the Lord with thanksgiving for your faithfulness in intercession.
We ask our Father for His strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all who are in need, and for His encouragement to sustain you. We pray that He will give you wisdom, strength and His anointing for every outreach and service you have planned, and that He will guide your church and powerfully anoint your prayer gatherings, including the evening of prayer and praise this Friday, so that Christ is lifted up, many hear the gospel and are saved, and prayer warriors are raised up.
We bring before God your requests for peace, for the salvation of those who do not yet know Jesus Christ, for persecuted Christians, for Israel, for those suffering in war zones and calamities, and for abused children and all who are vulnerable. We ask that the Lord in His mercy would bring comfort, justice, healing and the knowledge of salvation which comes through Jesus alone.
For the many conflicts and strained relationships you mentioned, including those you feel forgotten and those within your family, workplace and church, we pray that God would bring conviction where there is sin, healing where there is hurt, and true reconciliation where it is possible according to His will. Where relationships are not honoring to God, we pray not that He would bless what is outside His design, but that He would bring conviction, purity and repentance, and that every relationship would be brought into alignment with His good pattern for marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, with all intimacy reserved for within that covenant. Where there are soul wounds, dysfunction or confusion, we ask for His healing, for a clear turning from what is not of Him, and for relationships to either be made holy before Him or to be ended for His glory and for the good of those involved.
We pray for healing for those who are sick and suffering, including those you named, and for the young woman you mentioned, that the Lord would show her His love as a Father, heal her, encourage her and help her in school and exams. We pray for wisdom and help in your work and with your team, for grace in meetings, and for the Lord to lead, guide and protect you and to help you work in a way that pleases Him. We pray for your place in the church and for the sermons you are preparing, that God would anoint and empower you to speak His word faithfully.
We also ask for forgiveness and grace where you have spoken about others and now feel regret, and we pray that God would turn even that into a blessing and restore what has been broken. For the matters at church that concern you, we ask for discernment to know what is true and for God to deal with it in righteousness and peace.
Scripture reminds us that many conflicts spring from the desires of this life, and that when we seek first the treasure above, we find peace. We pray that you would be encouraged to despise vainglory and envy, to wait quietly on the Lord rather than rushing into conflict, and when trials come to stand firm knowing that God uses them to strengthen faith, as He did with those who trusted Him through the furnace. May you know that He hears, that He is near, and that He is able to do abundantly above all we ask.
We continue to pray that the Lord would give you overall encouragement, defeat the works of the enemy, fill you with love, strength, favor and inspiration, and fill the earth with His glory. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Savior we pray, Amen.
