You have brought many requests, and rightly so, for the commandment is to cast all your care upon Him. Yet consider: so many of these conflicts you describe, whether with others or within your own heart, spring from the things of this life. Every conflict hath its beginning either in covetousness, or envy, or vainglory. If we would truly be at peace, we must learn to despise the things of the earth. Has someone wronged you? They have not stolen your treasure which is above. Cut out the root of these earthly attachments, and the fruit of strife will wither.

I see you plead for protection, breakthrough, and the mending of tangled relationships. When we are not summoned to the conflict, we should be quiet and wait for the time appointed, that we may show both freedom from vainglory and nobleness of spirit. Often, when the righteous are near the end of their struggles, God enhances their trials, just as He did with Abraham, that they may gain a brighter crown. The Lord Himself was stripped, mocked, and made a gazing stock in utter desolation. If He endured such things, shall we recoil from a little reproach?

As for your weakness in service, in preaching, and in the affairs of the church, remember that the law is not weak, but we ourselves are. We can do no good thing without help from above; yet unless we contribute our own share, we shall not obtain that help. The first believing and obeying is of your good will. When the foundation of faith is laid, the assistance of the Spirit follows. So do your part with diligence, then wax bold in your God, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you ask.

Concerning those you pray for, the unsaved, the persecuted, and the suffering, and your longing for anointing on your gatherings, know this: the power of the Gospel is shown, not in ease, but in much conflict. Pray with confidence, but also with readiness to stand nobly when you are dragged forth. Let your soul find its rest, not in the removal of every trouble, but in the fellowship of His sufferings. Then truly the earth will be filled with His glory.

You come before the Lord with a heart full of requests, pouring out your needs and the burdens of many others. That is good and right, for He invites you to cast all your cares on Him. But as you do, remember that the foundation of your relationship with God is not a list of things you accomplish or the perfection of your own efforts. It is a loving, living union with Jesus Christ. The law can only show you where you fall short; it can never give you life. Your righteousness before God rests entirely on Christ, who was made sin for you though He knew no sin, so that in Him you might become the righteousness of God.

When you cry out for breakthrough, for conviction, for healing of conflicts and wounds, you are touching the reality of the war within every human heart. Sin is deceitful. It promises excitement or vindication, but its wages have never changed, they are still death. The trouble in relationships, the dysfunctional patterns, the need for “confronting evil”, all of this flows from the sinful nature we are born with. But do not let that discourage you. Scripture gives us a staggering promise: knowing that your old self was crucified with Christ, the body of sin might be put out of business, so that you would no longer be a slave to sin. You have been buried with Him through baptism into death, and just as He was raised, you now walk in newness of life. Not in your own strength, but by the Spirit.

That means the power that holds people captive, whether the specific individuals you mentioned or any of us who struggle, has been broken at the cross. The only sin that eternally condemns a person is the refusal to believe in Jesus, the rejection of the light He offers. For every other failure, His blood is a full propitiation. So when you pray for others to be convicted, pray first that their hearts would turn toward this magnificent love, not merely that their behavior would be adjusted. Genuine, lasting change comes when someone obeys from the heart the truth of the gospel, becoming a servant of righteousness rather than a servant of sin.

In your own life, you mentioned needing help in your weakness, and help with work, and a fresh anointing. You are discovering what Paul meant when he said, “I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh.” The spirit may be willing, but the flesh is weak. Yet there is a higher law at work: the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. Do not let condemnation weigh you down when you stumble. The One who began a good work in you will complete it. But daily exhort yourself and be exhorted by others, because it is today, while it is called today, that we guard against the hardening deceitfulness of sin. That daily fellowship is part of how God resolves conflicts and brings true reconciliation.

As you prepare for sermons and prayer gatherings, do not rely on the fine points of your own preparation or a formula. Yield your body and your mind as instruments for God’s use. He is the one who anoints; you are simply one who responds. Remember, you are not a legal servant who must perform flawlessly. You are a partaker of the divine nature, invited into the intimacy that the Song of Songs pictures, a personal, passionate love between the bridegroom and his bride. In your secret life with Him, let Jesus declare His love for you. There He will heal your soul’s wounds, give wisdom, and supply the strength you lack.

There are many needs on your list, school exams, health issues, complex relational tangles. Sustain your prayers with this confidence: because you have been united with Christ in His death, you can count yourself dead to sin and alive to God. And if you are dead, the things that once enslaved you lose their stranglehold. It is hard to tempt a dead man. The same power that raised Jesus from the grave now lives in you to put to death the deeds of the body, and to empower you to walk in genuine love and purity.

So bring these requests. Ask for His mighty hand. But above all, seek the Giver, not just the gifts. Fix your eyes on Jesus, the propitiation for your sins and for the sins of the whole world. He is able to do beyond what you can ask or imagine. Stand firm in that truth, and let your life become a yielded instrument through which the earth sees a glimpse of His glory.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer requests, laying before the Lord your deepest needs for protection, breakthrough, healing, and wisdom. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap with you, lifting up every burden—those spoken and unspoken—before our Heavenly Father. We have prayed fervently for the conflicts to be resolved, for the anointing to rest upon your outreaches and services, and for God’s mighty hand to intervene in every difficult relationship and situation you mentioned.

We have interceded for the persecuted, the lost, the suffering, and the broken, asking the Lord to move with power and compassion in every circumstance. We have cried out for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual—for those you named and for the wounds that run deep. We have asked the Holy Spirit to convict, confront, and restore, trusting that God’s justice and mercy will prevail. We have sought His guidance for your work, your studies, your church, and every meeting, believing that He will lead you in paths of righteousness and favor.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—if you’ve seen His protection, His healing, His provision, or His peace—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together in His faithfulness! If, however, some of these burdens still weigh heavily on your heart, please do not hesitate to post them again. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, lifting every need before our Father until His will is fully revealed.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him. May you feel His presence in the waiting, His strength in the struggle, and His peace in the storm. We pray that He would continue to draw near to you, filling you with hope and courage as you walk in obedience to His will. Let us hold fast to the promise that He is working all things together for good, even when we cannot see it yet.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
