We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, as we bring your requests before the throne of grace. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB:
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
Firstly, we come against any spirit of strife or division that may be causing conflict between you and your sister in Christ. We pray that the Lord would convict both hearts and draw you closer together, in the bonds of peace and unity (Psalm 133:1, WEB). We also bring the sister in Christ to the Lord, asking for His guidance to intervene. We confront and rebuke any demonic spirit influencing this sister and those fueling her behavior. We know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Do not forget that we wrestle against the spiritual forces of wickedness influencing this behavior and it is them who we confront, not the sister herself.
We lift up all those who are in need of strong protection and breakthrough, including those suffering in war zones, from calamities, and abused children. We declare Psalm 91 over them, trusting that the Lord will deliver them from every snare and from all perilous pestilences (Psalm 91:3, WEB).
We ask for the Lord’s anointing upon all the planned outreaches and services, that His Word would go forth with power and that lives would be transformed by His grace. We also lift up the requests that have been deleted, including the persecuted Christians, the salvation of the unsaved, peace for Israel, and all other petitions. We know that our God is able to restore that which has been devoured and forgotten, and we trust that His ear is attentive to every cry (Joel 2:25, WEB).
We come before the Lord, asking for wisdom and guidance regarding the decision you have to make. We declare that the Lord will make your paths straight, and that He will not leave you without guidance (Proverbs 3:6, WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith, and to remember that the Lord is with you in your weakness. We are told in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB:
Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.
Remember also that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved. Acts 4:12 states:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ and all the requests that have been brought before us today. We ask for Your strong protection and breakthrough in every situation, and we claim Your promises over each and every one of them.
We pray for wisdom and guidance for our brother/sister, and we ask that You would make their paths straight. We come against any spirit of strife or division that may be causing conflict, and we ask that You would bring peace and unity. Lord, we rebuke the spirits influencing this behavior and ask that you bring them to repentance.
We lift up all those who are suffering, and we ask that You would bring comfort, healing, and deliverance. We pray for Your anointing upon all the planned outreaches and services, and we ask that You would use them to transform lives.
We thank You, Lord, that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We give You all the glory, in Christ Jesus our Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen
