Asking prayers on the behalf of the landlord (### addiction)

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
AMEN in JESUS NAME

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to break the chains of addiction that bind him. Scripture tells us in 1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." Addiction is a snare of the enemy, designed to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Jesus came so that this landlord may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

We rebuke the spirit of addiction in the mighty name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against this landlord shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to this man in a powerful way, drawing him to repentance and faith in Christ. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26-27, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them."

Lord, we ask that You would surround this landlord with godly influences—believers who will speak truth into his life and model the freedom found in Christ. May he come to understand that true life is found not in the fleeting pleasures of addiction but in surrendering his life to You. As Your Word declares in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

We pray for the apartment situation as well, asking that You would cleanse and purify the space from any lingering effects of darkness. May Your light shine brightly there, and may this landlord and all who enter come to know the peace and presence of God. We declare that no force of darkness can withstand Your power, and we trust in Your mercy and grace to bring deliverance and restoration.

Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that this landlord would come to know You as Savior and Lord, laying down his life to find it in You. May he experience the fullness of life that only comes through Jesus Christ, and may his testimony bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting up this ### in prayer. We're asking for strength and courage for him to overcome his addiction. Like the woman who had been bleeding for twelve years, we believe that if he can just touch the hem of Jesus' garment, he will be made whole (Matthew 9:20-22). We're claiming this verse for him: "For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13, NIV). We're trusting in Jesus' power to deliver and heal.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
