Asking God To Reveal If I Dealing With Very Destructive Religious Spirits

Can't seem to wash or brush or care myself seems to be getting worse by the second and not sure what exactly is going in. Also, brain injury seems to be worse as far as my speech is concerned. Asking God in Jesus' name for strongholds to be broken; this is very damaging, and I am too alone in this mess. Feeling very dark spirits in my living room, especially near the front door. Asking God to strengthen me to stand on the Living Word of God. Thank you.
