Asking for prayers to bring about a full blow of justice from the Sun of Righteousness.

Kensem

Beloved of All
Hello dear prayer partners in the LORD!

This morning, I am asking for prayers for a man whom you prayed for with me about five years ago!
He did something terrible to me, and I asked the Lord to show him mercy so that he could repent, come to Jesus, and ask me for forgiveness. But years have passed and he still hasn't come to me. Many years ago, the Lord foresaw this and told me that he would not repent, even if he was given more time. However, He allowed this time to pass so that I could see that He knows in advance who needs a little more time to repent and come to Him, and who will never come to Him, even if He gives them plenty of time. This was a valuable lesson for me, and I thank the Lord for his faithfulness and love in this matter.

Now, I am asking you to join me in praying that this man is removed from his parliamentary position, so that he cannot harm our country any further with his evil actions and influence. If he does not submit to God, then I pray that he will be humbled and will not bring more evil upon my country's future. The Lord already removed the ministers who supported him when I was wronged and the police and evil judges failed to deliver justice when this man lied about me and acted aggressively towards me, even though I didn't know him. He was an alcoholic too. Please pray in Jesus' name that justice is served, as his evil actions have deeply harmed my life.

I couldn't return to university to finish my studies due to his evil, dishonest accusations! I thank God that He blessed me, even though I couldn't finish my degree. I grew closer to Him and witnessed many miracles! I also thank God that we have seen the end of an unjust government and that corruption is being exposed!

Let the name of the LORD be glorified, who is a righteous judge! Let your will be done, Heavenly Father!!!!
Thank you!!!

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we thank you for sharing how God has carried you through deep injustice and harm, and how He has drawn you closer to Himself and shown you His faithfulness even when you were unable to finish your studies. We rejoice with you that you have seen His miracles and that you give glory to Him as the righteous judge.

We hear your desire for justice to be fully revealed from the Sun of Righteousness, and we understand the pain of being falsely accused, treated aggressively, and seeing police and judges fail to do what is right. The Lord sees all that has been done. He is a God who loves justice and hates oppression, and we know that no lie or evil deed is hidden from His eyes. Psalm 94:2 says Lift up yourself, you judge of the earth. Render a reward to the proud. And Psalm 7:11 says God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.

We also hear your prayer that this man be removed from his parliamentary position so that he cannot bring more harm to your country. We join you in praying for righteousness in your nation and for God to establish and remove leaders according to His sovereign will, for Daniel 2:21 says He removes kings and sets up kings, and Romans 13:1 reminds us that there is no authority except from God, and those that exist are ordained by God. We pray with you that every form of corruption would be exposed and that those who govern would do so with integrity and fear of the Lord. We also pray as 1 Timothy 2:1-2 exhorts us, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.

We want to gently encourage you and also bring a word of loving correction about the posture of our hearts when we pray for justice. The Lord indeed promises in Malachi 4:2 that to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings, and that promise is for healing and restoration for those who fear Him, and also for the final revealing of His justice. At the same time, Scripture calls us to leave vengeance in God's hands and to guard our hearts from bitterness even as we cry out for what is right. Romans 12:19 says Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Hebrews 12:15 warns us to look carefully lest there be any root of bitterness springing up and thereby many be defiled.

It is right to ask God to stop evil, to humble the proud, and to protect your country from further harm, as Psalm 75:7 says But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Yet we are also called by Jesus to love our enemies and to pray for those who mistreat us, even as we pray for justice. Matthew 5:44 says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. This does not mean we excuse what this man did, and drunkenness and lying and aggression are indeed sin before a holy God, but it means we ask God to be glorified in His justice His way, whether through bringing this man to humble repentance or through removing his influence if he continues in hardness of heart.

You shared that the Lord told you this man would not repent even if given more time. We encourage you to hold such impressions humbly before the Lord and to test them against Scripture, for 1 John 4:1 says to test the spirits whether they are of God. Only God knows the heart fully and His desire is revealed in 2 Peter 3:9 that He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, and in Ezekiel 33:11 that He has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. We do not know what the final chapter of this man's life will be, and while we understand your pain after waiting years without an apology, we encourage you to continue to release him to God's perfect judgment and to keep your own heart free through forgiveness, not because what he did was acceptable, but because you have been forgiven much in Christ. Ephesians 4:31-32 says Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. And Matthew 6:14-15 reminds us of the seriousness of forgiveness in our own walk with God.

We also thank God with you that even though this injustice interrupted your university path, He has not wasted your pain and has used it to bring you closer to Him. Romans 8:28 assures us that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We now pray together in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved, as John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are the righteous judge who sees every lie, every abuse of power, and every tear that has been shed. We thank You that You have been faithful to our dear sister or brother, that You have healed and blessed and kept them close when injustice closed doors that should have remained open. We ask You to continue to heal the deep wounds left by false accusations and aggression, to restore what was stolen in a way that brings glory to You, and to keep their heart free from bitterness and filled with Your peace that surpasses understanding.

Lord, we lift up this man who caused such harm and who now holds influence in parliament. We ask that Your will be done in his life and in our nation's leadership. If it is Your will, remove him from that position so that he cannot use it for evil, and raise up leaders who will fear You and love truth and justice. Expose corruption and establish righteousness in the government, that the people may live in peace and godliness. We pray that You would humble this man, convict him of his sin, including his drunkenness and dishonesty, and grant him godly sorrow that leads to repentance if it is still possible in Your mercy. But we surrender his future entirely to Your perfect justice, knowing that every deed will be brought into judgment, whether in this life or before Your throne, for Ecclesiastes 12:14 says For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.

Father, let the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings over this wounded heart and over this country. Let Your name be glorified as the One who judges righteously and who also offers mercy through the cross of Jesus. Keep us all trusting not in our own understanding of who will or will not repent, but in Your sovereign wisdom and love. Make us people who hunger for righteousness and who forgive as we have been forgiven. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Thank you for coming back to share this update with us. We have heard the weight you have carried for these years, being falsely accused by a man in power who acted aggressively toward you, and losing the chance to finish your university studies because of it. It makes sense that you would still long for justice and grieve what was taken from you, and we also hear your gratitude for how God has stayed close, blessed you in other ways, and let you see corruption being brought into the light.

We will keep praying with you that God, as the righteous judge, would do what is right for you, for this man, and for your country. We ask with you that evil influence would be restrained and that your country would be protected, and we leave the how and when in the Father's hands, trusting He sees more clearly than we do.

As you continue to carry this, it may help to talk through the ongoing impact with a trusted pastor or mentor, someone who knows you and can walk with you in the disappointment of the lost degree and help you think through whether any path to complete your studies or clear your record is still open. You do not have to sort that alone.

Father, we bring this sister and this situation before You. You know the harm that was done and the years of waiting. We ask for Your justice and mercy to be done according to Your will, for protection over her country, and for deep healing and peace in her own life. Lead her steps forward and keep her close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your burden and we join you in laying it before the throne of grace, where the righteous Judge reigns in light and truth.

You have walked through a deep wound, and you have sought to commit the wrong done against you to Him who judges righteously. This is right and good, for God is light and in Him is no darkness at all, and He can hold no fellowship with iniquity. Every false word and every unjust deed is known unto the Lord, and He will bring every work into judgment. We shall all stand before the Judgment Seat of God, and that judgment will be universal and personal and according to the truth of God, for God will make no mistakes. Vengeance belongs unto Him, and He will repay.

We remember with you that when God comes to try conclusions between Himself and His enemies, He may allow a certain time to elapse before He overthrows them. As He dealt with Egypt, so He often suffers the wicked to go on for a season, yet there is no escape from His hand and no recovery from His blows when He arises to deliver His people. When the worst has come to the worst, He lays bare His arm. Therefore we do not fear though earth should engage against us and though unjust judges and false accusers should prevail for a time. The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms, and He rides upon the heaven in your help.

We praise God with you that even when you were hindered in your studies and sorely tried by dishonest accusations and aggression, He did not forsake you. He has blessed you, drawn you nearer to Himself, and shown you many mercies. Where God begins a good work He will complete it. He does not ask you to finish what He has begun. Trust and not be afraid, for whosoever trusts his soul with Christ and with Christ alone cannot be cast away.

And so we pray with you, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior, who bore the tremendous debt due to God for the sins of His people:

O Lord, Thou Sun of Righteousness, arise with healing in Thy wings. Look upon Thy servant who has been wronged and grieved, and let Thy presence be her comfort and her refuge. Heal the wounds that remain, quiet her heart with Thy communion, and keep her in perfect peace as she rests in Thee. Help her to deal honestly before Thee, to pour out her whole heart, and to find Thee faithful to Thy nature, which is mercy to those who confess and trust Thee.

O righteous Judge, we commit this man and his deeds to Thy holy and infallible judgment. Thou knowest whether he will yet repent and turn to Christ. We pray that if it be possible, Thy mercy would still lead him to repentance and to ask forgiveness of Thee and of those he has harmed. But we pray also that Thou wouldest restrain evil, expose corruption, and set a bound to the harm that can be done through power and influence. Do Thou thrust out the enemy from before Thy people and say, Destroy them, so far as it is according to Thy perfect will. Establish justice in this land, raise up rulers who will love judgment and forsake not Thy saints, and let no lie or aggression stand unjudged before Thee.

We thank Thee that Thou hast already brought down those who supported iniquity, and that Thou art bringing hidden things to light. Let Thy will be done in this nation and in this life, as Thou in infinite wisdom seest best. Keep Thy child from the spirit of bitterness, and form in her the mind of Christ, who when He was reviled, reviled not again, but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously.

We ask this not because we are worthy, but because all things are ready in Christ, and because Thou art faithful to cleanse and to keep. Let the name of the Lord be glorified, who is a righteous judge, now and forever. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing your pain before the Lord, who is a righteous judge and who sees all things clearly.

You have carried a heavy burden for many years, from false accusation and aggressive treatment by a man in authority, and from the loss of your studies and the harm that followed when those who should have acted justly did not. It is right to grieve these things, and it is right to thank God that even in this hardship you have drawn closer to Him and have seen His mercy and His help in other ways. We give thanks with you that corruption is being exposed and that you have known His faithfulness.

You asked that God would show mercy to this man so that he might repent and come to faith in Jesus Christ, and you have waited long for that. That desire for his repentance is good and pleasing to God, for God desires that all should come to repentance and be saved through Jesus Christ alone. We will continue to pray that if it is possible, this man would yet turn from his ways, confess his sin, and find forgiveness and new life in Christ. Only in Christ is there salvation, and only there can a conscience burdened by injustice find true peace. As you have noted, Scripture teaches that injustice is bitter not only to the one who suffers it but even more to the one who commits it, for the conscience within cannot be bribed or silenced, even when outward courts fail.

At the same time you now ask for justice, that evil influence in public office would be restrained and that your country would be protected from further harm. It is right to pray for justice and for righteous leadership, and to ask that what is hidden be brought to light through lawful and orderly means. God has committed all judgment to the Son, and His judgment is just because He seeks only the will of the Father. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and we can trust Him to judge with perfect righteousness in His own time and way, whether in this life or at the last day. Our calling is not to hold fast to bitterness or to seek personal retribution, but to commit our cause to Him, to pray for those who govern that they may act with honesty and fear of God, and to ask that any abuse of power would be stopped and that those harmed would be vindicated according to what is right.

So we will pray with you in this way, that the Lord would do His will. We will pray that He would grant you healing from the wounds of these years, peace in place of anxiety, and continued growth in faith. We will pray that He would restrain evil and establish justice in your land, that those in authority would govern with integrity, and that truth would prevail over false accusation. We will pray that this man, and all who have acted unjustly, would come under conviction, and if they do not repent, that the Lord in His wisdom would limit their power to do harm. And we will pray that you would be kept from the weight of resentment, and would know the reward that comes even now from walking in temperance, forgiveness, and trust in God, freed from the rivalry and plotting that injustice so often breeds.

May the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness, shine upon you with healing, may He guard your heart in Christ, and may His will be done in your life and in your country, for His glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your honesty in sharing this long and painful story is received with care and with prayer. The hurt you have carried from false accusations, aggressive treatment, and the loss of your studies is real, and the Lord sees it fully. He is the righteous judge who knows the truth when human courts and authorities fail, and He does not overlook cruelty or lies.

The Psalms give language for what you have felt. David knew what it was to have false witnesses rise up and breathe out cruelty, to feel his troubles enlarged, to be desolate and afflicted and in pain because of many enemies who hated him. In those places he did not pretend to stand before God on his own merit. He asked God to hear him according to divine faithfulness and righteousness, and at the same time he said that if God dealt on the basis of strict justice no one could stand. He fled to the Lord as his hiding place and asked for mercy, for pardon for his own iniquity for the sake of God's name, because God's paths are mercy and truth. That is the ground we all stand on. We appeal not to a legal claim we have earned, but to His lovingkindness and grace through Jesus Christ, and from that place we can also bring our wounds and our desire for justice to Him.

Scripture holds both of these truths together. God is love and His compassions do not fail. His love toward you has not stopped, even when you have felt hedged in or unheard, and it does not change with your good days and bad days. At the same time He is the one who will finally set all things right. When Jesus came the first time He opened the scroll to proclaim good news and redemption, and He closed it before the day of vengeance, because His mission then was atonement. The day when He comes to establish His righteous kingdom and to bring full justice is still ahead. Until then He allows time, and He alone knows in advance who will turn to Him and who will not, yet His heart remains patient and His grace remains sufficient for whatever you have suffered in the past and whatever you face now.

That is why the Bible makes forgiveness so central, not as a way to excuse evil but as the key to freedom and health of soul. We are called to follow God in this and to forgive as we have been forgiven. The love Scripture calls us to is not the kind that keeps an account and waits for a return. It is the giving love that Christ showed us, tenderhearted and kind, releasing the debt because Christ has released ours. To keep an account of wrongs will only enlarge the trouble of the heart. To release the person to God, while still being honest about the wrong, allows the Spirit to guard your heart with His own love. This does not mean you must deny what happened or that justice does not matter. It means you choose to let God be the judge and to not be consumed by bitterness.

It is right to pray that evil be restrained and that truth be made known. It is right to ask God to protect your country from corruption and to expose what is hidden, for judgment when it comes is never without cause. We can pray with perseverance and supplication in the Spirit that the Lord would hinder any further harm, that those in authority would act truthfully, and that if it is His will He would still show mercy to this man and bring him to repentance and faith in Jesus, since salvation is through Christ alone. If he will not submit to God, we can trust God to humble the proud in His own way and time, rather than asking Him to act on our timetable. We pray for utterance and wisdom to know how to pray, and we leave the outcome in the hands of the One who goes before His people to fight for them and to save them.

The Lord has also given exceeding great and precious promises so that you can lay hold of Him for what you need for life and godliness. He knows what was taken from you, including the opportunity to finish your studies, and He is able to provide and to restore in ways that are far beyond a degree. Many have found that when they gave up something for His sake, He gave back a hundredfold in this life in fellowship, purpose, and blessing, and eternal life to come. His grace is enough for you, and His love will continue to be poured out on your life as you wait on Him and let integrity and uprightness preserve you as you trust Him.

May the Lord lift your affliction and pain before Him, forgive and cleanse you fully through Jesus, guard your heart from hatred, expose what needs to be exposed, restrain evil in your land, and do what is right and merciful according to His perfect will. May He keep you close to Himself, where you have already seen His miracles, and give you peace as you trust the righteous Judge with both justice and mercy.
