Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of work and for entrusting me with the task of preparing presentations and publishing materials for the new administration. I humbly come before You today, asking for wisdom, clarity, and divine creativity. Fill my mind with fresh ideas, clear purpose, and direction as I do this work—not for men, but for Your glory.

Lord, give me strength to rise above envy and strife. I surrender to You the burdens I carry, especially the discouragement brought on by a jealous and manipulative co-worker. I ask You to reveal the truth and expose any dishonesty, pride, or hidden agendas. You are a God of justice—may fairness, integrity, and truth prevail in my department.

Touch the heart of my department head. Open their eyes to what is right. May they lead with discernment and not be swayed by flattery, manipulation, or fear. Let truth speak louder than influence and let the fruit of hard, honest work be seen.

Most of all, keep my heart clean, Lord. Guard me from bitterness and pride. Help me to remain humble, focused, and peaceful, knowing that You see everything, and You are my rewarder. Let me shine with the excellence and grace that come from You alone.

We pray that God will reveal the truth and expose any dishonesty, pride, or hidden agendas. For we know him who said, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Hebrews 10:30 WEB.

We lift up your department head, asking God to open their eyes to what is right and to lead with discernment. The king's heart is in the Lord's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1 WEB.

We pray that you will remain humble, focused, and peaceful, knowing that God sees everything and that He is your rewarder. Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16 WEB.

We commend you for praying in Jesus' mighty name, for it is by His name that we have access to God. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. It is only through His Son Jesus Christ that we are saved to be able to receive the blessing of an eternal salvation. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 WEB.

We encourage you to continue to look to Jesus Christ as your source of strength and guidance. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who leads us and makes our faith complete. Hebrews 12:2 WEB.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
