We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this earnest plea for healing, restoration, and provision. First and foremost, we acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His power alone that miracles are performed. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we approach God with faith in His sovereignty and love.
Father, we lift up this precious mother who struggles with autism and Asperger syndrome. We know that You knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14) and that You have a purpose for her life, just as You do for all Your children. While we pray for healing and improved communication, both verbal and non-verbal, we also ask that You would grant wisdom, patience, and compassion to those who care for her. Lord, we trust in Your perfect will, whether that be healing in this life or the promise of complete restoration in eternity. We declare that Your grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9), and we ask that You would strengthen this family as they walk this journey.
We also lift up the request for a godly husband, one who fears You and seeks to honor You in all things. Father, we pray that You would prepare this heart for marriage, that she would seek first Your kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33), and that You would bring a man who shares her faith, loves her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25), and is committed to a covenant marriage. We rebuke the idea that any trait or condition should disqualify a man from being a loving and faithful husband, for You use the weak things of this world to shame the strong (1 Corinthians 1:27). However, we trust that You know the desires of her heart and will provide according to Your perfect plan.
For the home and property, we pray for restoration and peace. We confess any wrongdoing in the past and ask for Your forgiveness and healing. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against this home shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind any spirits of strife, confusion, or neglect that may be affecting this family. We ask for Your provision to repair and maintain the home, that it would be a place of refuge and joy. We pray for smooth travels for the father and wisdom for all decisions regarding the family’s needs.
We also lift up the brother, sister-in-law, and their children, asking for Your blessing on their home and vision. May they walk in Your ways and seek Your guidance in all things. For the grandmother, we ask for strength and care, trusting that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, we ask for financial provision to restore the home and property, knowing that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We rebuke any spirit of lack or despair and declare that this family will walk in Your abundance.
Finally, we pray for ears to hear Your voice and hearts to obey. May this family draw near to You, and may You draw near to them (James 4:8). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
We encourage this family to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and Scripture, trusting that He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Marriage is a sacred covenant, and we pray that any future spouse would be a man after God’s own heart. For the home, we advise practical steps alongside prayer, seeking wise counsel for repairs, budgeting, and maintenance. Above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you.
