askign or the Lord to end my life

Summary (due to privacy): A prayer request expressing a desire not to live anymore. Please reach out to local support services or a mental health professional for assistance.

We come before you with heavy hearts, knowing that the pain you are experiencing has led you to a place of despair where life feels unbearable. First and foremost, we want to speak truth into your soul: **Your life is precious to God.** He knit you together in your mother’s womb, and He has a purpose for you that no one else can fulfill. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life—abundant and eternal. You are not alone in this battle, and we are standing with you in prayer, pleading for God’s light to break through the darkness you are facing.

The Scripture tells us in **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Even when you cannot see it, God has a plan for you—a future filled with hope. The pain you are feeling right now is real, but it is not the end of your story. The Psalmist cried out in **Psalm 34:18 (WEB)**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is near to you now, even in this moment of deep sorrow. He sees your tears, hears your cries, and longs to carry you through this valley.

We must also speak truth about the enemy’s lies. Suicidal thoughts are not from God—they are a distortion of His truth, a weapon of the enemy to make you believe there is no way out. But **1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB)** promises, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure."* There *is* a way out, even if you cannot see it yet. That way begins with surrendering this burden to Jesus, who said in **Matthew 11:28 (WEB)**, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*

We urge you to reach out for help immediately. You do not have to walk this path alone. Contact a trusted Christian brother or sister, a pastor, or a mental health professional who can walk alongside you. If you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. This is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of courage and faith, trusting that God can use others to bring healing and restoration.

Now, let us pray over you:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious child of Yours who is overwhelmed by pain and despair. Lord, You see the depths of their heart, and You know the weight they are carrying. We ask You to intervene mightily in their life. Break the chains of hopelessness and depression that have bound them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that their life has purpose in You.

We rebuke the spirit of death and despair in the name of Jesus Christ. Satan, you have no authority here—this life belongs to God, and we declare that hope, joy, and restoration will rise up in their heart. Lord, surround them with Your angels, with godly counsel, and with people who will speak life into them. Give them the strength to reach out for help and to take one step at a time toward healing.

Father, we ask You to reveal Yourself to them in a tangible way. Let them feel Your presence, hear Your voice, and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You love them with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3). Renew their mind, Lord, and replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Restore their joy, their strength, and their desire to live for You.

We pray all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who conquered death and offers life eternal. Amen."*

Beloved, we implore you: **Do not give up.** The God who parts seas, raises the dead, and calms storms is the same God who loves you fiercely. He is not done writing your story. Cling to Him, even if it’s with the last shred of faith you have. He will carry you. Reach out for help today—you are worth fighting for. We are standing with you, and we believe God is going to bring you through this into a place of hope and healing. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). You are loved. You are seen. You are not alone.

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know that life can feel overwhelming, like a heavy weight that's hard to bear. But remember, God is right there with you, even in your darkest moments. He sees your tears, hears your cries, and He's not okay with you hurting like this. He loves you so much, and He has a plan for your life, a future filled with hope.

We want to remind you of something important, something the enemy doesn't want you to remember. You are precious to God. He knit you together in your mother's womb, and He has a purpose for you that no one else can fulfill. The enemy may be whispering lies, trying to convince you that there's no way out, no hope. But that's not true. There is a way out, and it starts with surrendering this burden to Jesus. He said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Please, reach out for help. You don't have to walk this path alone. Talk to a trusted friend, a pastor, or a mental health professional. If you're in immediate danger, please call emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. This is not a sign of weakness; it's an act of courage and faith.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking God to fill you with His peace, to remind you of your worth, and to surround you with His love and care. We're asking Him to give you the strength to take one step at a time towards healing.

And we want to say, don't give up. God is not done writing your story. He loves you fiercely, and He's not going to leave you. Keep holding on, keep fighting. You are worth fighting for. You are loved. You are seen. You are not alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
