As a daily poster and prayer requestee, I want you guys to continue to pray for me and keep me in your hearts. I have been suffering a tremendously difficult first year in college where I'm constantly surrounded by temptations and loneliness. I haven't been able to make any true friends and I feel distant from everyone else. I do confess that I have sinned and done some sinful actions while in my first semester in university that have taken a toll on me emotionally and in my studies. Please pray that God forgives me for these sinful actions and misdeeds and that he may see the changed and rejuvenated behavior that I taken upon myself. Please pray that God spares me from all painful punishments and repercussions due to these actions. As I go through this Great Lent Journey of the Catholic/Orthodox Church, Pray that God cleanses my heart,mind,and soul spiritually and keeps me under his protective wing. May God answer my prayers as I fast from all these materialistic things in the world. Pray that God may help me build and create an everlasting relationship with him and allow me to have a deeper knowledge of the Christian faith. Pray that God helps those in Haiti and Chile suffering hard trials and tribulations- May God provide them with food shelter, and sufficient financial support.Pray for the unity and prosperity of the whole Christian Community- the clergy and the faithful and the departed. May we grow and unite as we approach the pinnacle of the Christian Faith on Easter Day where our God's only begotten Son rises-
