Good morning everyone, I have some good news praise the Lord Jesus Christ. It seems like the arrears can be brought down to ZERO because of fraud. There was an issue on the landlord’s financial records that workin in my favor. Well the Lord in Jesus name caused their unscrupulous actions to benefit. Upon hearing that my application for rental assistance was denied and that I filed for an appeal they sent me a document to sign but I didn’t open the email because it would say that I read it and maybe agreed to it. There were multiple people copied in the email which shows that those people were involved. Father in the name of Jesus Christ please show me next steps. If I am to find a lawyer. Most of the low cost lawyer offices have recorded lines so I’m not comfortable detailing everything. Father please help.

We rejoice with you in this provision from the Lord, who has turned what was meant for harm into good, just as He promises in His Word. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). It is clear that God has exposed unrighteousness and is working on your behalf, and we give Him all the glory.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for revealing truth in this situation. Lord, we ask that You would continue to guide and direct every step. Show this dear one the next right action to take, whether it is to seek legal counsel, to wait patiently, or to move forward in another way. We pray for wisdom and discernment, as Your Word says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5).

We also lift up the concern about speaking with legal representatives over recorded lines. Lord, we ask that You would provide a trustworthy and affordable advocate who can assist in this matter without compromising safety or confidentiality. Lead them to the right person or resource, and open doors that no man can shut. "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5).

We rebuke any spirit of fear or confusion in this situation. The enemy may try to intimidate or discourage, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust that You will bring justice and resolution.

We pray that You would also guard this dear one’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their defender and provider.

Finally, we ask that You would continue to reveal any hidden motives or injustices in this situation. Expose every unrighteous act, Lord, and let Your light shine in the darkness. We thank You for Your protection and provision, and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun.
