🤺Armor of God Eph 6:10-20: Ourselves, Our Families, Leaders, Churches, Ministry Partners, All Believers; Words to Proclaim Mystery of Gospel Properly -- Even to Government, and Especially to "ENEMIES" (Enemies are Opportunities to Show our LOVE for Jesus by praying for their salvation, 2 Tim 2:25-26, Sharing Word of Truth Correctly, 2 Tim 2:25-26) -- Utterance to Proclaim Mystery of Gospel Properly, Eph 6:18-20...

🙇🏻 Father, thank You for The Word and Holy Spirit that instruct us, 2 Tim 3:15-17, John 14:26, so we may not be unaware of the enemy's methods, 2 Cor 2:11. We do submit to You as the church Jesus said the gates of hell cannot stand against, Matt 16:18, and resist the devil, James 4:7, resist him firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8, (Faith in Jesus AND the Authority of His Name, John 14:13-14, Mk 16:15-17, His Word, Matt 24:35, Lk 21:33, and His Position, Matt 28:18, Phil 2:9), so he will flee from us, James 4:7.

We do take the same advice as the other two Apostles, resist AND take up Your Armor 🤺 and stand against, stand, stand firm 🤺 against the schemes of darkness, by faith and patience we inherit the promises, Heb 6:12. We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil 🐲 for the sake of the world, John 16:33.

Knowing it's proper in airplane trips to be admonished to first place the oxygen mask over our own faces prior to assisting others, we pray the following Armor, Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves, Eph 6:10-17, then for others, Eph 6:18-20, applied by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, James 1:6...

📖 “Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in The Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for the church, that utterance may be given to Your people, that they may open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which some are ambassadors in chains; that all may speak boldly, as is fitting to speak," Eph‬ ‭6:11-20‬, in Jesus' Name.

We stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, recognizing that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness. Thank you for lifting up this powerful passage from Ephesians 6, which reminds us of the armor God has provided for us to stand firm in His truth and righteousness. We affirm that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Without Jesus, we are lost and without hope, but in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

We begin by putting on the full armor of God for ourselves, as you rightly noted, just as Christ overcame the enemy in the wilderness before ministering to others. Let us gird our waists with the belt of truth, for Jesus declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). May we reject every lie of the enemy and stand firm in God’s Word, which is truth (John 17:17).

We put on the breastplate of righteousness, knowing that our righteousness comes from Christ alone (2 Corinthians 5:21). Without Him, we are clothed in filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6), but in Him, we are made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). Let us walk in holiness, turning away from sin and living in a manner worthy of the calling we have received (Ephesians 4:1).

We shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, ready to share the good news of Jesus Christ with boldness. The gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16), and we must be prepared to give an answer for the hope that is in us (1 Peter 3:15). Let us not shrink back but proclaim the mystery of the gospel with clarity and conviction, even to those who oppose us.

We take up the shield of faith, which extinguishes all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Let us saturate our minds with Scripture, trusting in God’s promises and resisting the enemy’s attacks with unwavering confidence in Christ.

We place the helmet of salvation on our heads, guarding our minds with the assurance of our salvation in Jesus. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). Let us never doubt our standing in Christ, for we are sealed with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14).

We wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, knowing that it is sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Let us meditate on Scripture day and night (Psalm 1:2) and use it to combat the lies of the enemy, just as Jesus did in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11).

Finally, we pray always in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication, being watchful and persevering for all the saints. We lift up our families, leaders, churches, ministry partners, and all believers, asking God to grant us boldness to proclaim the gospel fearlessly. We pray especially for those who are persecuted for their faith, that they may stand firm and speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15).

We also take seriously the call to pray for our enemies and those who oppose the gospel, as you rightly mentioned. Jesus commanded us to "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). Let us see our enemies as opportunities to demonstrate Christ’s love and to pray for their salvation, that they may turn from darkness to light (Acts 26:18).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the armor You have provided for us to stand against the schemes of the devil. We put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. Strengthen us to stand firm in Your truth and to proclaim the gospel with boldness. Grant us wisdom and discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and to resist him in the power of Your might. We pray for our families, leaders, churches, and all believers, that we may be unified in faith and purpose. Give us utterance to make known the mystery of the gospel, even to those who oppose us, that they may come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We were so encouraged by your heart to cover such a wide circle in prayer, beginning with yourself and your family and then reaching out to leaders, churches, ministry partners, all believers, and even those you see as enemies. Wanting to pray for their salvation and to share truth with love is a beautiful reflection of Jesus.

We hear your desire to stand firm not in your own strength but in His. One thing that has helped us is remembering that putting on the armor is more like training than trying. It is not a single moment but a quiet daily habit, small and steady, that over time shapes how we think, speak and love.

A simple way to live out the pattern you named is to keep that order of beginning with yourself. Each morning take a brief moment to ask the Lord to clothe you in truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation and His Word, then expand that same prayer outward to your family and then to the wider body and to those who still need Christ. It keeps prayer from feeling overwhelming and keeps your own walk rooted first.

We are also joining you in asking for utterance, that words would come with both courage and gentleness as you share the hope of the gospel.

Father, we ask You to strengthen these dear ones today. Cover them and those they love with Your protection, deepen their dependence on You, and give them clear and loving words as they speak of Jesus. Keep them steadfast and at peace as they trust You. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is great wisdom and scriptural warrant in this supplication, for you have desired that which God Himself has provided for His people in the evil day. To pray for the whole armor of God is not to pray feebly or as one who deals with a shadow, but to take hold of God as a real Person, in firm confidence in His faithfulness, and to take hold of Him through the Gospel which publishes salvation to the most ungodly.

You do well to begin with yourselves, as our Lord first overcame the tempter in the wilderness for His own sake before He overcame the world and the devil for the sake of His people. We must ourselves be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might before we can stand for others. Therefore let us join you in asking the Lord to gird His people with truth, for I should dread to give peace to anyone at the expense of the truth of God. Let the breastplate of righteousness be that righteousness which is in Christ Jesus alone, and let the feet be shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace, that glorious Gospel of the blessed God which alone exalts God in our estimation and brings eternal life. Above all, may the shield of faith be lifted to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one, and the helmet of salvation be kept bright upon the head, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, be handled with prayer and watchfulness.

We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness in high places, and Satan is a cunning imitator who would give a false peace where there is no peace. Therefore we must stand and having done all, stand. May the Lord grant to you and to your families, to leaders and churches and ministry partners and to all the saints, that perseverance which is secured by the promise of Christ and the energy of the Spirit, that you may be found standing in an even place, established and growing in grace.

And we join you in praying for utterance, that the mystery of the Gospel may be proclaimed boldly and properly. The Gospel is not a common invitation which men may trifle with at will, it is a royal proclamation from the King of kings, backed by all the authority of Him who has all power in heaven and in earth. May the Lord open mouths to make known this glorious Gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, lest the god of this world should blind the minds of them that believe not. We pray especially as you have asked, for those in authority and for those who set themselves as enemies. The carnal mind is enmity against God, and none will come except the Spirit convince and convert, therefore we pray that God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil and be saved through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

May the Lord hear this prayer, keep you watchful with all perseverance and supplication in the Spirit, and make you valiant for His truth in your own circle, to the praise of His grace. We ask this in the name and authority of Jesus Christ, whose Word shall not pass away and whose throne is above every name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for the armor of God is right and needed, and I join you in it with thanksgiving.

This struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers and powers of darkness, and therefore the armor must match the warfare. It is not made of hides and steel but of truth and righteousness and faith and the wisdom that comes from God. Without it we cannot stand, and with it we can stand in the evil day and remain standing after we have done all.

I pray with you first for yourselves, that you would be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. May God gird you with truth, guard your hearts with His righteousness in Christ, make your feet ready with the gospel of peace, lift over you the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart of the evil one, cover you with the helmet of salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and put in your hand the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. May He keep you sober and watchful, always praying in the Spirit with perseverance, as a valiant soldier who does not seek conflict but who does not shrink when the trumpet calls.

Then I pray this same armor over your families, over marriages as God has designed them for one man and one woman in lifelong covenant and over homes where children are raised to honor Him, over your leaders and churches and ministry partners, and over all believers. Where there is weariness or indolence, may God give earnestness and a soul ready to endure. Where the enemy whispers in ordinary moments, even in eating and walking and sleeping, may God make His people alert and steadfast in faith and patience to inherit the promises.

And I pray as you asked for utterance to proclaim the mystery of the gospel with boldness, as you ought to speak. May God open your mouth and the mouths of all His saints to speak the truth clearly and with love. May He give you words for those in government and especially for those you call enemies, remembering that enemies are opportunities to show love for Jesus. We do not wrestle against people, so we do not hate those who insult or oppose us. Instead we pray for their salvation, that God would grant them repentance and lead them to know the truth, and that He would open their hearts as you share the Word correctly. When you are reviled, may you bless and do good, overcoming evil with the gentleness and meekness of Christ.

May the Lord who has saved us by grace through faith, and who keeps His Word forever, make you stand firm, watchful in prayer for all the saints, and joyful to make Christ known. I ask this in the name of Jesus, who has all authority in heaven and on earth and whose name alone brings salvation. Amen.
