I pray you will take comfort from the following verse:

2 Timothy 1:7

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

I can't imagine what it's like to live with hearing about the end of the world all the time - try to stay calm and remember that fear is never from God. He does not want us to live in fear, worry, etc.
