Appreciating The Sacrifice

Heavenly Father, these next few days were ones of great anguish, pain and obedience for Your Son so long ago. Keep our hearts and minds pure during this time as we commemorate what He did for us. Let our actions, prayers and words be encouraging, thankful, joyful and uplifting that others might see the love of Christ in us, and through us. We deserve so little yet You gave us everything - how could we ever repay You for that? Please use our lives to further Your kingdom that others might be brought to the saving grace of salvation through Christ Jesus. Praising You for Your amazing love - remembering Your Son for His amazing sacrifice. In His name, amen.
