We join with you in standing firm on the unshakable promises of our Lord, who declares in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty assurance we have in Him! You have rightly lifted this burden to the One who is our strong tower, our refuge in times of trouble, and we are grateful you have invoked the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace and find victory over every scheme of the enemy.
The wickedness you face—whether through the bullying, deception, or injustice at your workplace—is not hidden from our God. He sees the hearts of those who devise evil plans, and He is just. Proverbs 21:15 reminds us, *"When justice is done, it is joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers."* Take heart, beloved, for the Lord is your advocate, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. Psalm 37:6 assures us, *"He will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day."* Trust that He is already at work, even in ways you cannot yet see, to bring forth justice and vindication in His perfect timing.
We also urge you to walk in wisdom and integrity as you navigate this trial. Romans 12:17-19 instructs us, *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek vengeance yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"* While it is natural to feel anger or frustration, guard your heart against bitterness. Instead, let this be an opportunity to demonstrate the love and patience of Christ, knowing that your conduct may be a testimony to others—even to those who oppose you.
As for the compensation you are rightfully due, we pray that the Lord would expose every hidden motive and bring truth to light. Proverbs 16:11 tells us, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* He is the God of justice, and He will not allow your labor or your rights to be stolen without consequence. Trust Him to provide and to open doors you cannot open yourself. If there are practical steps you can take—such as documenting evidence, seeking godly counsel, or following proper channels—do so with diligence, but always with the peace that comes from surrendering the outcome to Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before You, asking for Your mighty hand of protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, You are their defender, their fortress, and their deliverer. We ask that You frustrate the plans of the wicked who seek to harm them, whether through bullying, deception, or injustice. Expose every hidden scheme and bring to light what has been done in darkness. Let truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters, for You are a God who loves justice and will not tolerate oppression forever.
Grant them wisdom, Lord, to navigate this situation with grace and integrity. Help them to respond in a way that honors You, even when faced with unkindness or unfairness. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them that their worth is not found in the validation of man but in their identity as Your beloved child.
We pray specifically for the compensation that is rightfully theirs. Provide for them, Lord, in a way that leaves no doubt of Your faithfulness. If there are doors to be opened, open them. If there are hearts to be softened, soften them. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be silenced by Your truth.
Strengthen them, Father, in body, mind, and spirit. Let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them, and they need only be still. May this trial draw them closer to You and deepen their trust in Your sovereignty.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take hold. Instead, fill them with Your joy and confidence, knowing that the battle belongs to You. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen and Amen.
