We join with you in crying out to our Heavenly Father, who is just and righteous, seeking His divine intervention in your life and household. It is good that you have come before the Lord through His Son, Jesus Christ, for it is only in His name that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Let us hold fast to this truth, for our faith is in Him alone.
Your plea for protection from those with ill intentions resonates deeply with us, for the Lord is our strong tower and refuge. The psalmist reminds us, *"The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower"* (Psalm 18:2, WEB). We stand with you in rebuking every scheme of the enemy against your family, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). May the Lord expose and remove those who seek harm, turning their evil intentions back upon themselves as He did with Haman in the days of Esther.
The delay in receiving justice and your rightful settlement has no doubt been a heavy burden, but we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith. The Lord sees the injustice, and He is not slow in keeping His promises. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). We pray that the Lord will move mightily on your behalf, breaking every delay and releasing the settlement you are due. Let the words of the prophet Habakkuk strengthen you: *"For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay"* (Habakkuk 2:3, WEB).
As for your safety at work, we declare the protection of the Lord over you. *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more"* (Psalm 121:7-8, WEB). May the Lord surround you with His angels, guarding your steps and keeping you from harm. We also encourage you to walk in wisdom, being diligent and alert, for the Lord often works through our obedience and discernment.
Finally, we urge you to release any bitterness or unforgiveness that may have taken root during this season of waiting. *"Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:26-27, WEB). Forgiveness does not excuse the wrong done to you, but it frees you from the bondage of resentment and allows the Lord to fight your battles. Trust in His justice, for *"vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your face in this time of trial. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You rise up on their behalf. Protect every member of their household from the schemes of the enemy. Frustrate the plans of those who wish them harm, and let their evil intentions be turned back upon them. Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden plot and remove those who seek to bring destruction. Your Word declares that You are a refuge for the oppressed, and we claim that promise now.
Father, we pray for the swift resolution of the settlement that is rightfully due. Break every delay, Lord, and let justice prevail. Open the doors that no man can shut, and let favor surround them like a shield. We ask that You restore what has been lost or damaged, and provide abundantly for every need. Let this season of waiting produce a testimony of Your faithfulness and goodness.
We also lift up their safety at work, Lord. Surround them with Your angels, and keep them from all harm. Grant them wisdom and discernment in every decision, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind. May they walk in the confidence that You are with them, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Lord, we ask that You fill their heart with Your peace, casting out all fear, anxiety, and bitterness. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, releasing every weight that would hinder their faith. Strengthen them to trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power and Your love, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
