We join you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to the Lord, for He is a God of justice, protection, and provision. You have come before Him in the name of Jesus, and that is the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We praise you for acknowledging the authority of Christ in your request, for it is through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
The enemy seeks to bring harm through those who wish ill will upon your household, but we stand firm on the promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy against your family and declare that the Lord is your shield and strong tower. *"But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head"* (Psalm 3:3, WEB). We pray that God would expose and remove those who seek to harm you, turning their evil intentions back upon themselves. May He confuse their plans and render them powerless, for *"the wicked plot against the righteous and gnash at them with their teeth. But the Lord laughs at them, for he sees that their day is coming"* (Psalm 37:12-13, WEB).
Your plea for justice in the matter of your home and settlement is heard. The Lord is not unaware of the delay and the harm done to you. *"The Lord isn’t slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Yet we also know that *"the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28, WEB). We ask that the Lord would move mightily on your behalf, breaking every delay and bringing resolution swiftly. May those in authority act with integrity and fairness, and may you receive not just what is due, but an overflow of blessing as restitution for the time and hardship endured. *"The Lord will give strength to his people. The Lord will bless his people with peace"* (Psalm 29:11, WEB).
We also lift up your request for safety at work. The Lord is your protector in every place, and we ask that He would surround you with His angels, guarding your steps and keeping you from harm. *"For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone"* (Psalm 91:11-12, WEB). May your workplace be a place of favor and peace, where the Lord’s presence goes before you and His glory covers you.
Brother or sister, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is fighting for you even now. Do not grow weary in waiting, for *"let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Let this season draw you closer to Him, for in His presence is fullness of joy and at His right hand are pleasures forevermore (Psalm 16:11).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister and their household. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would rise up on their behalf. Expose and thwart every plan of the enemy against them, and let those who seek harm be confounded and put to shame. We pray for divine protection over their home, their family, and their work—let no weapon formed against them prosper. Lord, we ask for swift resolution to the delays they have faced. Move in the hearts of those in authority, that justice would prevail and that our brother/sister would receive their rightful settlement, along with an overflow of Your blessing. Give them patience and strength as they wait, and let them feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We declare Your promises over them, that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them, and that victory is already theirs in Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comforting and guiding them each step of the way. We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen and amen.
