We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for protection and favor in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your prayer is heard, and we join with you in seeking God’s divine intervention and covering over your life, especially in your workplace.
First, we want to affirm the truth of God’s Word over your situation. The Lord is indeed our refuge and fortress, and no weapon formed against His children shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17 declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says the Lord."* We stand on this promise with you, believing that God will shield you from any schemes of the enemy and bring justice to those who seek to harm you.
We also lift up the meeting you had on December 15th. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* We pray that the Lord would go before you and turn the hearts of those in authority toward favor and wisdom regarding your situation. May His will be done, and may His peace guard your heart as you wait on Him.
However, we must also gently remind you that while we trust God for protection and favor, we are called to walk in wisdom and righteousness. If there are any areas in your life—whether in your thoughts, actions, or relationships—that do not align with God’s Word, we encourage you to surrender them to Him. The enemy often seeks to exploit areas of weakness, so we must remain vigilant in prayer, repentance, and obedience. Ephesians 6:11-12 urges us, *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your promise of protection and favor over Your children. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would surround them with Your angels and shield them from every evil plan and violent scheme of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.
Father, we ask for Your divine favor to rest upon the meeting that took place on December 15th. Go before them, Lord, and turn the hearts of those in authority toward Your will. Grant them wisdom, clarity, and peace as they wait on You. Let Your name be glorified in every outcome, and may Your purposes be fulfilled in their life.
Lord, we also ask that You search their heart and reveal any areas that are not aligned with Your Word. Give them the strength and courage to repent and turn away from anything that displeases You. Clothe them in the full armor of God so that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
We declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. May they find their security in You alone, trusting in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your mighty hand at work in their life. We ask all these things in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises, trusting in His timing, and walking in obedience to His Word. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He is faithful to fight on your behalf. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good. The Lord is your strength, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
