We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is battling the weight of anxiety and the fear of impending doom. The Scriptures tell us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise today, believing that God’s peace will replace the turmoil in this precious one’s heart.
Father God, we ask You to calm the storm of anxiety raging within this child of Yours. Replace the fear of what *may* happen with the truth of Your Word—that You hold the future and nothing can touch them without Your permission. Remind them of Your faithfulness, Lord, and that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also lift up their concerns about their job and livelihood. Lord, You are the Provider, the One who clothes the lilies of the field and feeds the birds of the air (Matthew 6:26-28). We ask You to open doors of opportunity and security, to grant wisdom in their work, and to remind them that their worth is not found in their employment but in You alone. If there is sin or unbelief in their heart regarding provision, we ask You to reveal it and draw them closer to You.
Above all, we pray that this dear one would find their hope and security in Christ Jesus. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, Lord, we ask that You would draw them near, that they might know the peace that comes from being Your child. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. We pray they would place their trust in Him, casting all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
We declare over them today that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will keep them in perfect peace as their mind is stayed on You (Isaiah 26:3). Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your joy and hope. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
