We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, excellence, and a harmonious environment. Firstly we want to address that the only way that this can be achieved is by the grace of God. In the name of Jesus Christ, we are told in Acts 4:12 WEB that in him and him alone is salvation.
No one finds eternal life, peace, or help by anyone or anything else. In him alone is salvation and the ability to go to God the Father. But whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved and this is the only way that we can approach the Father in prayer and have access to God.
In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, the Apostle Paul encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We pray for you, asking God to grant you a sound mind and a spirit of power, love, and self-control, as told in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask that you would be filled with confidence in Christ. We also know that God expects us to do everything unto the Lord, with excellence and integrity. In Colossians 3:23-24, the Word says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve."
We pray that the Holy Spirit will strengthen and guide you through the word of God, and lead you into a better future where you can feel at ease and be confident in God. We pray for your team and your environment, that there would be mutual respect and harmony. In Romans 12:18 WEB, it states, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only one who provided the way to eternal salvation and has complete authority over heaven and earth. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of anxiety at work. It's tough, but remember, God is always by your side, ready to help. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
