We understand that you're feeling anxious about your work environment and your ability to perform your tasks. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 WEB
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. When you pray, please ensure you're praying in Jesus' name. As it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB.
If you have not already received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior now would be a good time to start. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. The same is true in reverse. This means that if you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you will be saved.
Now, let's pray together for your situation.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious about their work. We know that however they got to this point, You are able to work it out for their good and Your glory. We ask that You will help them do well at all of their tasks at work and that they will have confidence in You. Help them do all things without complaining, grumbling, or disputing and shine as a light to the world around them. Guide them to meet the right people at work. Give them a calm, comfortable working environment, with co-workers who respect each other and work together in unity. In their relationships at work, grant them the tongue of the learned, to know how to sustain the weary with a word in season.
Help them learn to be content whatever the circumstances. Help them know that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. In all their ways, help them acknowledge You and lean not on their own understanding. May You direct their paths and lead them in the way everlasting.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety in Jesus' name. In its place, fill them with the Spirit of love and a sound mind. Grant them the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Help them to be a peacemaker at work and to be called a child of God.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We believe that You will answer according to Your good purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
