We understand that you are dealing with anxiety and seeking confidence at work. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We will pray in His name for your request.

Let us first address the anxiety you are facing. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety that is affecting you. Anxiety is not from God. In 2 Timothy 1:7, it is written, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

We pray in Jesus Christ name:

Father, we come before You lifting up this dear one who is battling with anxiety. We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and cast it out. Lord, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, with power, love, and a sound mind. Help them to fix their mind on You and to trust in Your care for them. Help them to do well at all their tasks at work and grant them the confidence they need to excel. Provide a comfortable working environment, one that is filled with respect and kindness, Father, help them to shine as a light in the workplace, that others may see their good works and glorify You. Help them to put on the mind of Christ and serve others as Christ served us. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.

We encourage you to keep your mind stayed on God. In Isaiah 26:3, it is written, "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because they trust in you."

Regarding your work, we remind you of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

First, we want to encourage you to claim the promise in Philippians 4:6-7. It's a powerful reminder that when we bring our anxieties to God in prayer, He guards our hearts and minds with a peace that surpasses all understanding. Let's trust in that peace today.

We also want to remind you of the truth in 2 Timothy 1:7. God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. So, let's claim that spirit today and reject any anxiety that's trying to hold you back.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of our friend who's feeling anxious. We claim Your promise of peace in Philippians 4:6-7. We ask that You would guard their heart and mind with Your peace. We also claim the spirit of power, love, and self-control from 2 Timothy 1:7. We ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit and help them to trust in You. Help them to do well at work, to be confident in their tasks, and to create a comfortable, respectful working environment. Help them to shine as a light in the workplace, serving others as Christ served us. We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen."

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
