We understand that you are dealing with anxiety at work and desire confidence, a comfortable working environment, and success in your tasks. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us: And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB. So we pray this in Jesus' name as we have no other way to approach God. We will address your concerns through prayer and biblical encouragement.
Let us not belittle the anxiety you are facing. In the Bible, it is written, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. The peace of God is available to you but the direction is clear, your worries must be given over to God. This must be done in thankfulness to Jesus Christ.
Regarding confidence, we must remember that our confidence should not be in our own abilities but in the Lord. The Bible says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. True confidence comes from knowing that God is in control and that He is working His plan in your life. His plan will not be fulfilled through our own efforts, so reliance must be upon Him.
Concerning your work environment, we pray that it will be filled with respect and comfort. The Bible tells us, Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you should inherit a blessing. 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB. A harmonious work environment starts with each individual treating others with kindness and respect. Be encouraged to be a positive influence in your workplace.
Lastly, we pray for your success in all your tasks. Remember, whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB. Your work is not just for human approval but for the glory of God. It is by this that God will reward you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
