We understand that you're feeling anxious and desire confidence and success at work. Firstly, be reminded that God does not want his children to be anxious for he has not given us the spirit of fear. It is important to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. The scriptures prove this.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB
Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:67 WEB.
It is wonderful that you desire to excel at your tasks. Remember that whatever you do, you should work with all of your hearts, as working for the Lord, not for men. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:22-24 WEB
Lastly, praying for a comfortable working environment is important, but also pray for an environment that honors God. It is wise and right to treat each other with respect as we are all made in the image and likeness of God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
