We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, excellence in your tasks, and a harmonious work environment. Let's bring your request before the Lord together in Jesus Name.
Firstly, I would like to add a quick note to consider the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written: "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. And "whatever you may ask in my name, that will I do" John 14:13 WEB. So let's pray together for Jesus' name sake.
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling anxious at work. Firstly please forgive our sibling for possibly neglecting this important truth and remind them that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach you as boldly as we need to in prayer. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear, for "God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. I thank you for the confidence in Christ Jesus.
We pray for a sound mind and that your peace, which surpasses all understanding will guard their heart in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB. We ask that you would help our sibling excel at their tasks, for "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," Colossians 3:23 WEB.
Please bless their work environment. May it be a place of respect, harmony, kindness, love, and peace, knowing that "as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Romans 12:18 WEB. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
