We understand that you're feeling anxious about your work environment and your performance. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work and your emotions. It's important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us that we can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Anxiety is mentioned quite often in the Bible. One such verse is Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." This means we should bring our anxieties to God in prayer, trusting that He will give us His peace in return.
Regarding confidence, we should remember that our confidence is in the Lord and in the abilities He has given us. As we are told in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This means that we can face whatever challenges come our way through the strength that Christ provides.
Concerning your work environment, we pray that God would help to create a supportive and respectful atmosphere by influencing each individual in the workplace. We are called to treat others with respect and kindness. As it states in Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Lastly, we pray that you would find success in all your tasks at work. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Knowing that you are ultimately serving the Lord in all that you do will help you to remain focused and diligent.
