We understand that you're feeling anxious and desire confidence and success at work, as well as a harmonious environment. Let's bring your request before God in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father. First, let's address the anxiety you're experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious. We ask that You take away their anxiety and fill them with Your peace. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Strengthen their heart and give them confidence in Your love and care.
Regarding their work, we pray that You would give them the grace to excel in all their tasks. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might," Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB. Guide them and give them the wisdom needed to accomplish their tasks with excellence.
We also pray for a comfortable working environment. May there be mutual respect and harmony among their colleagues. "Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous," 1 Peter 3:8 WEB.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light," Matthew 11:28-30 WEB.
As you go about your work, remember that "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," Colossians 3:23 WEB. It is Christ who gives you value and meaning. Trust in Him to lead you and guide you in all that you do.
Lastly, let us know if you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, as the Bible tells us that "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved," Acts 4:12 WEB. If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to trust in Him and believe the gospel. For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 WEB.
