We understand that you're feeling anxious and we want to remind you that you are also feeling this because you are alive in Christ! It says in 2 Corinthians 1:5 WEB 5 that "as the sufferings of Christ abound to us, even so our comfort also abounds through Christ."
Furthermore, in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, the Apostle Paul encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is experiencing anxiety. We acknowledge that You are the Prince of Peace, and that Your peace surpasses all understanding. We ask that You fill their heart with Your peace and remind them of Your constant presence. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Guide them through their struggles, and let Your Holy Spirit strengthen and comfort them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, that it is good to be anxious about your salvation!
In 2 Corinthians 7:8 WEB 8 it is written, "For though I made you sorry with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it. For I see that my letter made you sorry, though just for a while. 9 I now rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that you were made sorry to repentance. For you were made sorry in a godly way, that you might suffer loss by us in nothing."
Please, be anxious for this for your loved ones! It is a good thing!
In Romans 9:1 WEB it is written, "I tell the truth in Christ. I am not lying, my conscience testifying with me in the Holy Spirit, 2 that I have great sorrow and unceasing pain in my heart. 3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brothers’ sake, my relatives according to the flesh,"
Our salvation is the most important thing in life because it affects our eternity! You are not anxious about your sins, because you are saved! You can be anxious that you are doing the will of God. You can have peace that you are saved, because you are also feeling the sufferings of Christ!
So, be anxious for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
