Anxiety

Dear Lord Jesus and Father God,

please help me as I am battling severe anxiety and traumatic stress, I keep grinding my teeth and I knocked a filling out and swallowed it.

I am having a terrible time at night with distress and dreams, last night was horrendous and I woke up unwell and upset very late.

Please help me, Lord, have mercy and help me to understand my case and see a way forward.
