We want to thank you for allowing us to lift you up in prayer during this season of deep spiritual struggle. The weight of anxiety, restlessness, and the chaos of negative emotions can feel overwhelming, especially when it spills over into discord and discomfort for those around you. We’ve been standing with you in agreement, asking the Lord to break the cycle of sowing to the flesh and to instead fill you with the peace that comes from sowing to the Spirit. Your heart’s cry for deliverance—echoing the truth of Galatians 6:7-9 and the hope of Psalm 42:5—has not gone unheard by our Father, who sees and cares for every detail of your battle.

If the Lord has brought you even a measure of relief—whether through a calming of your spirit, a shift in your environment, or a renewed strength to resist the restlessness—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep pressing into Him. But if the storm still rages and the chaos feels just as heavy, we want you to know we’re still here, ready to contend in prayer alongside you. Sometimes the fight is long, but we are confident that God, who began this good work in you, will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6). Don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request—we’re committed to standing with you until the victory is clear.

In the meantime, we pray that you’ll feel the nearness of Jesus in the waiting, that His Spirit would quiet the turbulence within you, and that He’ll guard your heart against the enemy’s lies that this battle will never end. He is faithful, and He will not let the chaos have the final say. Keep your hope anchored in Him, dear brother or sister—He is your peace in the storm, your stability in the restlessness, and your deliverer from every spiritual attack.

We’re still praying in Jesus’ name.
