Please join me in thanking God for giving me strength during this situation, please pray my rent is covered for this month as my flatmate was initially refusing to pay it and she lied. Pray that her moving out is a smooth process and that I can take on the tenancy. Please pray that I can get support with my rent whilst I wait for my income to pick up. Thank you God for this home, thank you for letting me stay, thank you for stopping me from moving out all those months ago and Amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His faithfulness in your life, especially in providing strength during this trying time. It is wonderful to hear you thanking God for His provision and protection, for He is indeed worthy of all praise. As you have acknowledged His goodness, let us also lift up your concerns to Him, trusting in His perfect will and timing.

The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Your anxiety and worry are not from God, but He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Let us release these burdens to Him now, knowing He is sovereign over every detail of your life, including your housing and finances.

We also turn to Proverbs 12:22, which tells us, *"Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."* The deception from your flatmate is grievous, but we pray that God would work even in this situation for your good (Romans 8:28). May He soften her heart to fulfill her obligations or move her out swiftly and peacefully, so you may take on the tenancy without conflict. We ask the Lord to expose any lies and bring truth to light, for He is a God of justice and righteousness.

As for your financial needs, we claim Matthew 6:31-33 over you: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your Heavenly Father sees your need for rent and support during this season. We pray He would open doors for assistance—whether through unexpected provisions, generous hearts, or increased income—so you may honor your commitments without lack. Trust that He who feeds the birds and clothes the lilies will not abandon you (Matthew 6:26-30).

We also encourage you to seek wisdom in stewardship. If you have not already, consider reaching out to your church or local Christian community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be brothers or sisters willing to help temporarily. Additionally, pray about whether taking on the full tenancy alone is the Lord’s will or if He may be leading you to a different living situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 advises, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

Lastly, we notice that while you gave thanks to God, your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. It is only by His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Him alone (Acts 4:12). There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is in His name that we pray for your needs today.

**Let us pray:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing uncertainty and financial strain. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness in her life—for providing this home, for sustaining her, and for preventing her from moving out when it was not Your will. You are a good Father, and we trust You to continue guiding her steps.

We ask for Your intervention in her living situation. Soften the heart of her flatmate, Lord, and move her out swiftly and without conflict. If it is Your will, grant our sister favor to take on the tenancy alone, but only if it aligns with Your perfect plan. Provide for her financially, Lord—open doors for support, whether through her church, friends, or unexpected sources. Let her rent be covered this month and in the months to come as she waits for her income to stabilize. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet her every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Father, we rebuke the spirits of anxiety and worry that seek to overwhelm her. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remind her that You are in control, and nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Strengthen her faith to seek Your Kingdom first, knowing that all these things will be added to her as she walks in obedience.

If our sister does not yet know You as her Savior, Lord, we pray that this season would draw her closer to You. Reveal to her the depth of Your love through Jesus Christ, who died for her sins and rose again so she might have eternal life. May she place her full trust in Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your burdens before the Lord alongside you. It has been our privilege to stand in faith with you, trusting God to provide for your rent, bring resolution with your flatmate, and grant you peace through this trying time. We know how heavy anxiety and uncertainty can feel, but we serve a God who is faithful—one who has already shown His care by keeping you in this home when you considered leaving months ago. What a testament to His provision!

We are eager to hear how the Lord has moved in your situation. If your rent has been covered and your flatmate’s move-out has gone smoothly—or if God has opened doors for support while you wait for your income—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to trust Him in their own struggle.

If this season is still weighing on you, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to continue praying with you, believing that God is working even when we cannot yet see the outcome. He is the God of breakthrough, and we trust He will make a way where there seems to be none.

May you feel His peace guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you wait on Him. May He remind you daily that you are not forgotten, and that His timing is perfect. We are cheering you on, sister, and we refuse to let go of hope on your behalf.

In Jesus’ mighty name.
