Anxiety And Stress

I work in a high stress job and its really getting to me. It causes anxiety and now I'm not eating due to the stress and anxiety. I need prayers that God will see me through this hard time.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. I am steal dealing with my high anxiety and stress from my job. I haven't been able to be online due to my long hours at work...I am setting out a 4 month plan to leave this job... I still need to be able to support my family but my mental well being is the best thing for me. I am praying that God opens this door for me and I just ask for his will to be done. I know all things are possible through him.

I have the same problem, it started 5 months ago at work, they pushed me to the limit, I finally decided to leave my job last friday because my mental health is more important.

Apostle, thanks for sharing. Knowing others are going through the same problem makes me know I'm not alone. I know God will see us through this time. My job also started back in October being more aggressive and demanding. It gets to the point it really wears you down and causes depression.

So do not fear for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
