Anxiety and living alone for a week

I was here the other day requesting help in prayer as my flat has no hot water (I live in the UK!). I contacted my landlord yesterday after work via email (I didn't want to send a really long text), after trying to troubleshoot the issue and still not having hot water! I'm living on my own for the next week as my friend/flatmate is away and I suffer with mild to severe anxiety at times, especially during stressful situations like this. I'm praying that somebody can come out and resolve the issue while my flatmate is here, which I know sounds silly (as she's away, but she does work locally so can pop in!) or that somebody can come out who's calm (I'm worried about being blamed for the issue and being evicted—I'm an overthinker!), even better that I can let them in and go out whilst they resolve the issue if I feel too anxious.

So far me and my friend have had a good relationship with our landlord. Our downstairs neighbour (same landlord) is also without heating, so I'm praying these issues can be resolved. I really love living where I live (have lived here for 3 years). I have prayed about this also but am still feeling incredibly anxious. I pay rent on time every month and, like I said, love where I live a lot and know these issues are fixable.

If I don't hear back from the landlord by midday, I was going to text her (She's not had a phone and has been using her daughter's so I felt email was also a good idea for this reason).

I believe she's a single parent or lives with her daughter and her partner. So please pray that everything is okay in that sense (I was worried something had happened and that's why we hadn't heard from her for a while, regarding another issue/my neighbour hasn't heard from her either).
