Another ungodly "trend?"

One thing about the world, the devil doesn't push his agenda small time. Once something starts, sooner or later, it's all over the news, and to unsaved people, it takes off like a rocketship and is soon "all the rage." And just about everyone you know is talking about it, believing in it, until you start questioning it yourself, as a Christian. One would be pot. Look how the "pot craze" has taken off, until now, it's almost like an idol; it's toted as like the best thing ever. Then the occult. Whereas in the past, many people would brush this off, look how out of control belief in seeing psychics, reincarnation, etc., has become. But the one I want to focus on here is euthanasia. It seems almost every unsaved person I hear talk about this subject, they practically all enthusiastically agree that if a loved one has a physical problem, they should give the "thumbs down" and tell the dr to disconnect the tubes so they can die. In fact, this belief in choosing one's death is so strong these days that even the one being [murdered, is the word] has told the family, "under these circumstances," to "pull the plug" so they can die. My problem is that, one, by a person "deciding" when, or whether, the person lives or dies, isn't that like taking God's authority on ourselves? Also, knowing the person will die when we withhold treatment, isn't that a form of murder? And if "man" is allowed to make that decision, where does it end? Make we'll justify Hitler killing millions of people, or Charles Manson, Son of Sam, etc.? Should sinful man be allowed to decide when and how someone dies? {And sure, I know God can let them live on without the tubes, but not the point. Their INTENT is THEY made the decision to kill their loved one.} When Jesus healed the sick, He didn't reason. "I've decided to let this one die." He didn't look at death as an escape, to solve the problem. To me, this is the same line of thinking as abortion; it's a "woman's right to choose." And the person who wants euthanasia thinks it's their right to choose when and how to die. But really, it's GOD'S right to choose. Amen.

Steven, all these people who are far away from Jesus will always hurt you and hurt others. We need to fast and pray for them and ask the Lord to save their souls. Death is not escape from judgment, it is entering into the holy presence of Jesus to see and hear what He has to say about us. Just live a life that pleases the Lord. Remember, follow peace with all men and holiness without which no one shall see the Lord.

Yes. I heard about that! {one of ###'s followers, too} And of course, as such his sins are forgiven. But in general, the idea of making a decision who when and how someone dies...none of these people say God gave them that decision, it's in their human reasoning they "decided" snuffing out the person is the way. Somehow, even though they give "reasons" for it, something seems not right about it. {And you know, sin usually doesn't stay in one spot, it escalates...what's next, the ### killing people is "justified", etc?}

Read his testimony,
Do you remember what Jesus said to Peter?
John 21v22
Jesus answered, "If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.

Murderers shall not enter heaven. Jails are full of them. Jesus mercy reaches to all of them. My prayer is that all adulterers, all who stole money from others, lied and murder will get saved. Just as the thief on the cross asked for mercy. Jesus said. Thou shall be with Me in paradise.

Yes, Jesus died for their sins, but it works IF they get saved.

Another thing I see spreading like wildfire, and again, in copycat fashion, is the majority of people have tattoos. And again, it seems more now than in the past. Some butcher their bodies by putting them in every available inch of skin, some have big designs covering their necks, etc. Women...

Bread of Heaven/Word of Life/ Jesus is the word of God 2 Chronicles 34:3: “In the eighth year of his reign, while he was still young, he began to seek the God of his father David. In his twelfth year he began to purge Judah and Jerusalem of high places, Asherah poles and idols.” Extended...

There's a habit among unsaved people, when they get caught (or noticed) doing something wrong (basically sinful), instead of owning up to it, they lie about it, or try to "pass the buck." It could be anyone doing this, and it seems to be a common pattern. Even in the Bible, Cain knew where Abel...
