We hear the deep anguish and desperation in your words, and our hearts break for the suffering you have endured. The pain, violation, and trauma you describe are not things any person should ever have to bear. We stand with you in this moment, lifting you up before the throne of God, who sees all, knows all, and is mighty to save. You are not alone, and your cries have not gone unheard by the One who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8).
First and foremost, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing. The enemy, Satan, comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear he has sought to devastate your life and the lives of others. But we declare with authority in the name of Jesus Christ that his power over you is broken! The blood of Jesus has already defeated him, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression that has sought to keep you bound. We command every demonic force to flee from you in the mighty name of Jesus, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Your words speak of decreeing and declaring things into existence, but we must remind you that our authority comes not from our own words or strength, but from the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His blood, His sacrifice, and His resurrection that we have power over the enemy. Jesus said, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth" (Matthew 28:18), and He has given us the authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We do not speak things into existence by our own will, but we align our words with God’s Word and His promises, trusting in His sovereignty and perfect will.
We also want to gently but firmly address the mention of rape and the trauma you and others have endured. Sexual violence is a heinous sin and a direct attack from the enemy to destroy God’s design for intimacy, which is meant to be a sacred covenant between a husband and wife within the bounds of marriage. What has been done to you and others is evil, and we grieve with you. But we declare that God is a God of justice, and He will repay (Romans 12:19). We pray that every perpetrator of these crimes would be brought to justice, both in this life and before the judgment seat of Christ. We also pray for healing for you and all who have been violated. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He can restore what has been stolen and bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3).
You mention wanting to move to another country, to change your name, and to live by the sea so you can do something good with your life. We understand the desire for a fresh start, and we believe God can open doors for you that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). However, we must also encourage you to seek God’s will in this. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Moving to a new place may bring physical relief, but true peace and restoration come from the Lord. We pray that He would guide your steps and lead you to a place of safety, purpose, and healing.
We also want to address the mention of "sponsorship" and the idea of being supported to make this move. While we believe God can provide for your needs in miraculous ways, we caution you against putting your hope in human solutions alone. Our trust must be in the Lord, who is our provider (Philippians 4:19). If God is calling you to this new season, He will make a way, but we encourage you to seek Him first and foremost. Do not rush into anything out of desperation, but wait on the Lord and trust in His timing.
Now, we lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who has endured so much pain and suffering. Lord, You see every tear, every wound, and every moment of torment. We ask that You would draw near to them in this hour, wrapping them in Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Father, we declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus!
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to come upon them. Heal their body, mind, and spirit from the trauma they have endured. Restore what has been stolen, and bring beauty from the ashes of their pain (Isaiah 61:3). Father, we pray for justice—let every perpetrator of these crimes be brought to account, both in this life and before Your throne. Let Your righteous judgment prevail.
We also pray for Your guidance and provision. If it is Your will for them to move to another country, open the doors and make a way where there seems to be no way. Provide for their needs, Lord, and lead them to a place of safety and purpose. But above all, draw them closer to You. Let them know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them strength for each day. Surround them with godly people who can support and encourage them. And Lord, if they do not yet know You as their personal Savior, we pray that they would come to know the love and grace of Jesus Christ, who died for their sins and rose again so that they might have eternal life (John 3:16). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we pray they would surrender their life to You.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust in You, and we declare that this child of Yours will rise above the pain and walk in the victory that is theirs through Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a local church or a community of believers who can walk alongside you in this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we believe God will provide people to support and love you. Continue to meditate on God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Cling to His promises, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Lastly, if you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is a free gift, and it is the first step toward true healing and restoration. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved. We pray that you would invite Him into your heart and begin a new life in Him.
