We ask that You would prevent any riots or violence there, that You would calm every agitated heart, restrain evil, and establish Your peace and order. We pray for protection for all people there and for wisdom for leaders and authorities to act justly and keep the peace.
Father, we also lift up this distress over a song and unwanted sounds in memory. We ask in Jesus' name that You would remove this song, its title, and all negative sounds from memory completely and permanently as far as it is Your will. Wash this mind and make it clean, and let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer Psalm 19:14. Fill this mind with Your truth, Your worship, and Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Help our dear one to replace what is unwanted with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in the heart to You Colossians 3:16.
