We join with you in seeking the will of our Heavenly Father concerning whether you should relocate to the two places you have mentioned, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father.

We know how weighty a decision about where to live can be, and we admire your desire to seek God's direction rather than leaning only on your own understanding. Scripture reminds us to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. We are also promised that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5.

We pray together for you now.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the desires of this heart and You know the plans You have for this life. We ask that You would make Your will clear concerning a possible relocation. Give wisdom liberally as You have promised, open the doors that no man can shut and close the doors that are not of You, and grant a deep and abiding peace that confirms Your leading. Lead by Your Holy Spirit, provide for every need according to Your riches, and establish each step. Help our dear friend to wait patiently upon You, to seek godly counsel, and to trust Your timing completely. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently in prayer and in His Word. He has promised I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. And we cling to the truth that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. As you consider these two locations, we encourage you to look for His peace, for wise counsel from mature believers, for open doors of provision and opportunity, and for ways that a move would allow you to better serve Him, grow in faith, and be part of a healthy biblical fellowship. We also encourage you to be still and wait on the Lord's timing and not to rush ahead of His guidance, trusting that He will make your paths straight as you acknowledge Him in all your ways.

We are praying with you as you wait for clarity about whether to stay or to move. Wanting to follow the Lord in a big decision like where to live is a good place to be, even when the waiting feels uncertain.

It can help to bring both prayer and practical wisdom together. We have found it useful to get quiet before the Lord each day and ask not only where to go but how He wants to shape you wherever you are. It also helps to talk it through with a pastor or a couple of mature believers who know you well and can ask honest questions with you. Writing down what is drawing you to each place, the opportunities, costs, community and church life, and what would be needed to thrive there, can make the choice clearer. If you can, a short visit to each location often brings peace one way or the other.

We will keep asking God to give you wisdom and settled peace as doors open or close.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. You see the desire to follow Your will and the questions about these two places. Give clear guidance, steady peace and trusted counsel along the way. Lead step by step and help them sense Your presence in the decision. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a right and wise thing to lay your proposed journey before the Lord and to ask Him to show you His will concerning it. The heart that would go or stay only as God appoints is in a good posture before Him.

You do well to remember the word of the apostle James, that we ought not to say, We will go to such a place and continue there and buy and sell and get gain, as though we could both propose and dispose, but rather, If the Lord will, we shall live and do this or that. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. Therefore to say, I will go, or I will stay, if it be the will of God, is true wisdom.

There is a revealed will of God in Scripture which you must not violate, and there is a providential will which you should always consult, which comes by the circumstances that surround you, by open and closed doors, by the counsel of godly friends, by the peace or restraint you find in prayer, and by your ability to serve Him more faithfully in one place than in another. Seek these together. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then all needful things shall be added unto you. If you will mind His business, He will mind yours, and He will measure out your place and your provision.

Continue to pray, for you do not yet know fully what His will is, but pray after your Saviour's perfect model in the garden, Nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt. This is the time when you will faint unless you believe to see the goodness of the Lord. His will is the axle of the universe and the great heart of providence, and the work of the Spirit is to change the human will and so make us willing in the day of His power, working in us to will to do of His good pleasure. Ask Him not only to show you the path, but to make your will submissive to His.

Be not hasty. Wait upon the Lord in prayer, in the Word, and in quiet observation of His providence. He has said, Ask and ye shall receive. He will withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and He abides the same forever. You have three firm grounds of confidence, God's sovereignty, Christ's sacrifice, and God's immutability.

I will pray for you, that the Lord in His mercy will make His way plain before your face, that He will guide you with His eye, that He will give you wisdom to discern His will and grace to follow it with a contented heart, whether He bids you go or bids you stay, and that whether you remove or remain, you may be found abiding in Him and bringing forth fruit to His glory. May the Lord order your steps, and establish your heart in His perfect will.
