We join with you in prayer and thank you for coming before the heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach God and be saved.
We hear your desire for a troubling image to be removed from your mind and for the salvation of the one you have lifted up, and we bring both before the Lord together.
We are reminded that God created all people in His own image and shows no favoritism among us. So God created man in his own image. In the image of God he created him, male and female he created them. Genesis 1:27 and God does not show favoritism but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him. Acts 10:34-35. If this image is causing distress, temptation, or unkind thoughts, we pray the Lord will cleanse your mind and help you to see others as He sees them, with love and dignity.
We also understand how persistent images and thoughts can trouble the heart. Scripture calls us to bring our thoughts under the obedience of Christ, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 and to fix our minds on what is pure and pleasing to God, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8. We pray for renewal of your mind and peace that guards your heart.
For the soul you asked to be saved, we agree with you that God desires all to be saved. God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4. We pray earnestly for that salvation, that they would confess and believe, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 and Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. Acts 16:31.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to remove this troubling image from our dear one's mind and to purify their thoughts. Create in them a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within them. Psalm 51:10. Help them to take every thought captive to Your truth and to dwell on what is holy and pure. Grant them Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7.
Lord, we also lift up the one whose salvation has been requested. We ask for Your mercy and grace to draw them to Yourself, to open their eyes to the gospel, to grant them repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone for forgiveness of sins. We pray they would call upon the name of the Lord and be saved, for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. Work in their heart by Your Holy Spirit and bring them into the knowledge of Your Son.
We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. We trust You to do what is according to Your perfect will and to conform us more into the image of Christ. Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in the Word, and trust Him to cleanse, to heal, and to save. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord with care and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy.
You speak of an image that troubles your mind and you ask that it might be removed. Know that God understands the thoughts that distress the soul. His thoughts are not as our thoughts, nor His ways as our ways, for as the heavens are higher than the earth so are His thoughts higher than ours. He knows the power of thought and He knows how to cleanse and to keep the mind that is stayed upon Him. When such images intrude, turn your eyes to Christ. Look unto Him and be saved, for there is no other refuge. The Comforter who helps our infirmities also maketh intercession for us, putting His own mind into our poor weak desires and lifting them to the throne of grace. It is God that writes intercession upon men's hearts, and He will hear the cry that seeks purity and peace through Jesus.
You also plead for the salvation of the one whose name you have laid before God. This is a holy and needful prayer, for there is no salvation to be obtained from forms or ceremonies or any other name, but only through faith in Christ Jesus. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. Salvation is by Divine grace through faith in Christ alone, and it is to Him we must look. We cannot save ourselves and we cannot save others, but we can tell them as best we can what their condition is and what the way of salvation is, and we can pray that the Lord will draw them by His Spirit.

Heavenly Father, look in mercy upon this soul that seeks deliverance from troubling thoughts. Wash the mind and heart in the blood of Christ and let holy thoughts of Your precious grace dwell there. Grant peace where there is distress and fix the thoughts upon Jesus who alone can save. And Lord, we ask for the salvation of the dear one named in this prayer. Grant repentance and faith, that looking unto Jesus they may live. Save by Your free grace, for Your honor is engaged to save all who come to God by Him. Bring them to know that there is none other beside You who can save, and draw them to trust wholly in Christ. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who ever lives to make intercession for His people. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
